INTRODUCTION
Employability skills are the skills of the employees which are related to there
employment, there communication skills and skills related to their performance. These skills help
the employees to boots-up their performance in the company. Professional development means
to continue the studies and training with the jobs. This helps the person to be more advanced in
the future. This report will outline the knowledge and understanding for improving the learning
and development for work. Further it will outline the tools and techniques for enhancing the
interpersonal and transferable skills. Further it will also outline the own personal and
professional development plan which helps the company for their development.

Ways to improve the learning and development plans
Co-create programme: As leader always makes the programme by stating its agenda and
thoughts for that programme. This makes the other members and followers discouraged about
there work (Barbosa and Santos, 2017). If the company wants to improve the growth than they
must indulge there all members while making any decision. The programmes should be co-
created with the employees. This could be done by making teams and every team should show
there new and creative ideas for the growth of the company.
Cultural trips: Continue working in the organization makes the employees tired and bored
with doing there work. To reduce the boredom the company must have some fun activities,
cultural programmes, trips and makes the employees to be part of that activities which makes
them feel refresh and activated for there work. This could also be done by having the trips for the
business like visiting on some places which are useful for that business. This enhances the
knowledge and experiences of the individuals.
Co-working projects: The company should increase there growth by doing team work
because different persons has different mind which helps them to think new and innovative ideas
for the company (Fearon and et.al., 2020). It enhances teamwork skills and communication skills
among them. This makes the employees feel valued and increases the self-confidence. This can
also be done by giving them projects and time period for the completion of that project this
makes them feel valued in the organization.

of this the business should realize there wrongs and make that things right. Business should
haves some entrepreneurial activities for the learning and development of employees as well as
for there business. It makes the entrepreneur more creative and attractive towards there work.

there business. Company must do the activities related to there workwhich helps in the

this have some positive impact because it makes that person helps in learning and developing
new and innovative ideas for them. This also makes the people to discovers new ideas where
they are working. As sometimes switching is not good for the person as it makes them confuse

Tools and techniques for enhancing interpersonal and transferable skills

business. This helps the company to know where to do investment and increases the ability of
doing work. This helps the company to know that how to respond in the external environment.

It increases the capacity of doing work by having good and smart training which helps in the

develop there interpersonal skills and transferable skills. As in this method feedbacks are
transferred which helps in the development of company. This helps the company to know what
there employees exactly want by doing some changes in the organization. By this, employees
have better understanding with the company.

Personal Development Plan is the development plan for the employees to identify there
strengths and weaknesses for achieving the goals of the company (Osman and Warner, 2020.).

order to make the development I have done the SWOT analysis which helps me to about my
