P 4.1 Explain how own managerial and personal
skills will a career development
 My personal skills and managerial skills provide me
appropriate value to my major decision in the life. I will be
able to make effective major decision in my life which will
give me effective outcomes in the industry effectively
(Keller, Parameswaran and Jacob, 2011).
 My managerial skills make me development myself in order
to get appropriate skills which would help me to make
appropriate development in myself. They will communicate
me to future growth of my areas and also provide guideline
me to take my life at right path to achieve goals.

current performance and future needs to produce
development plan
 Review career: I want highly rewarding career in my life by
which I can get my all goals and objectives of my life in
effective manner (Belbin, 2010).
 Development needs: I have some of effective development
needs which is as following:
 Effective interpersonal skills and positive behaviour.
 Good communication skills to connect with right people in
the industry.
 I own positive presentation skills which convey me further
in the future.

 Performance and future needs: I need to make
improvement in myself by which I can modify my
skills in better manner and in future I would like to
acquire all managerial skills and tactics which assist
me to my future growth in these areas.
