operates in hospitality sector and is the third largest hotel in United Kingdom. Main objective of
this report is to measure the effectiveness of employees and improving their performance by
encouraging them using various motivational technique. It also includes strategies for time
management and report also includes methods to solve the issues present in Travelodge hotel.

minded. They always prefer to critically evaluate the information before making any
conclusion as monitor-evaluator are very slow in decision making.7. Implementer role: He is the person who actually turns ideas into actions. Nature of
implementers are they are efficient, practical and well organized. Implementer convert

and some are excited for something new and also know the other team members. It is
very necessary for team member to create relationship and also understand what part each
member plays. There is high uncertainty as people are looking for authority and
leadership. Storming stage: Next stage after the forming stage is storming phase in this team
members are begin to push against boundaries established in the first stage. Storming
may start when there is grievances among team member's working styles. Every people
work in a different manner and this differing working styles creates problem and member
become frustrated. Norming stage: In this stage members start to solve their issues, differences and also
respect authority as a leader. Performance of team increases as compared to storming
phase as team members are learn to coordinate and start concentrate on team objectives.
