talented, skilled and knowledgeable individuals work to make their firm successful, productive

sector. The current assignment will be based on TESCO, which falls under the category of
leading supermarkets, and who efforts to gain competitive edges. The report will explain
methods of improving learning and development for work. It will also define techniques and
effective tools to enhance interpersonal and transferable competencies as well as own personal
and professional development plan assessment.
