1 Self reflection on personal learning, development and transferable skills
1.1 Identification and reflection on my approach to personal learning and development.
Personal development and learning is considered as lifelong process which improvise the
personal aspect of an individual. It is the combination of activities which develop the
potentiality, capabilities and build human capital which assist in enhancing quality of life.
Personal development and learning helps in inheriting several skills which help in achieving aim
and position in life. With the help of development of personal learning I enable to live quality
life because this skill helps me in enhancing my confidence which facilities employability. Ti
fulfil my different type of needs such as esteem, self actualization and safety needs which are
essential to live in better way (Flores and Elmenofy, 2020). It also assist in taking right decision
which makes me practical. Personal development not only fulfil my need but also improve my
skills such as interpersonal, communication, adaptability, leadership and problem solving skills
which assist in enhancing my performance. It also define my personal vision which helps in
accomplishing determined target in prescribed time period. Personas development motivates an
individuals which enhance their productivity and confidence at workplace or in any other field.
Personal learning process and development of skill enhance the growth of the individual in order
to attain their objectives. It also helps me in solving various problem which effect my
performance. In short personal leaning is lifelong process which developed new values among
individual in order to make life simple.
1.2 Identification of transferable skills I have already developed by attending this module.
Transferable skills are those skills which facilitates an individual to perform their
function in effective manner which assist in growth and development of an individual's. By
attending this module I become able to developed transferable skill which assist me in attaining
aims and objective in effective manner. This module develops my problem solving skills,
critical thinking skills, leadership and teamwork skills. Such skills are transferable and adaptable
in nature which enable me in using various project. It is also recognised as portable skills which
can be adopted by person as per the situation occurs at workplace (Jackson and Bridgstock,
2018). The development of transferable skill assist me in transferring my knowledge and data
efficiently for attainment of goals. By the utilization of this skill all team members are working

among them. These skills assist in me in recognizing my talent and speciality which is needed to
carry out operation in my field. During my academic skills I am able to developed various kind
of skills such as communication and interpersonal skills which assist in completing my projects
efficiently. With the development of such skills I have been given my presentation, seminars and
lecture efficaciously and it also assist me in understanding and performing my task perfectly.
Through interpersonal and communication skills I have been able to build strong professional
network which assist in making my career better (Kilgallon and Wright, 2022). It also develop
my problem solving and time management skills which assist me in managing various activities
in prescribed time period during my academic session. The management skills assist me in
completing my task in timely manner that enhance my work performance and productivity which
reduce the stress & make my mind stable. The time management skill and problem-solving skills
are interconnected with each other which assist in balancing the personal and professional life of
an individual. With the development of such skill I am able to complete my task in prescribed
time limit and the remaining time used in learning new things. The problem-solving skills makes
me efficient in dealing problem by finding appropriate solution of such problems. This skills
assist me in focusing on those activities which are essential to accomplish for attainment of goal.
Along with this I am able to developed my leadership skill at workplace which helps me in
motivating and guiding an employees in effective manner. These skills assist me in defining my
vision toward the goals which I have to achieved in order to get success in life by finding
appropriate solutions of problem which occurs at the workplace.
