Reflection
Skills audit is essential as it helps in analysing the strengths and weaknesses of the
individual. Every individual should carry out personal skills audit that would enable them to
identify the areas where they are good and what future actions are required to be made by the
person to enhance their skills. Before having the skills audit I was not aware about my personal
abilities and capabilities. If person is not aware about the personal interest areas it could affect
the future growth. From the audit of personal skills I have evaluated that I am able to put
information into different set of categories given by the business executives, I am also able to
identify the similarities and the differences of information given. These analysis skills help in
assessing the information and categorising to make effective analysis of the information provided
by the managers relating to concerned sector. The creativity skills analysis has helped to identify
that I am well at collecting the ideas and information from different relevant sources relating to
the specified areas and also able to sort all the information gathered into different categories to
make proper analysis. In an organisation interactive and group skills are very essential for person
to grow and get new knowledge that are essential for the productivity of the organisations. The
audit provides that I am cooperative to great extent working with people and in group as I am
comfortable working with people and also hear to views of majority group for harmony and if it
well help in growth of organisation. I have worked on managing the time effectively due to
which I am able to produce the required work on time avoiding any delay. Due to the group work
and projects I have learned to combine ideas of other for coming with better solutions or methods
and group work has also helped me to deal with the conflicts and the criticism from the peers.
Group work also involves assessing the skills and strengths of other members for meeting the
objectives and targets. However I have issues accepting the things when they are not going in
right and using whole ideas of others rather than mine.
Planning, management and communication & presentation skills has been a strength of
mine as I have worked on it very hard. Along with these I am further attending sessions to
improve my interactive and group skills so that I could adjust myself in considering the ideas of
others. I have kept a timeline of 5 months to be good at this skills. Though my presentation skills
are good but I have to further enhance my IT skills for which would attend the online classes and
also applying them practically in different projects. These skills would help in communicating

the information and outcomes with people effectively. The overall skills audit has allowed me to
analyse the areas at which I have to work further.
