 Professional development can be defined as acquisition of new
knowledge, skills and information either technical or
theoretical at workplace.
 It plays a significant role in personal development and
promotion in career.
 By having improvement in skills the personal and professional
opportunities can be advanced effectively.

Value of reflection and self-evaluation
 Self-evaluation and reflection is considered as integral part of
leadership development. It allows to have proper engagement
with framework so that development activities can be attained.

 Team work is referred as one of most essential aspect which
need to be consider by every business entity. It has been
noticed that one of key benefit that a business firm can attain
through application of team work is regarding attaining better
outcomes.

 It has been noticed that there are number of learning styles which can be
employed by manager. At present work situation, I am well focused towards
coaching centre learning. It means I used to conduct seminars with
educational institutions so that better skills can be developed among team
members.

 My current team is well skilled in terms of academic and business skills. I
have four members in my team and they have extreme level of qualifications.
I am masters in management which helps me to ensure about managerial
decisions. Along with this, I am good at communication skills which assist in

Conclusion
 As per above study, it can be concluded that By having an appropriate
consideration of self-evaluation the reflection about self employed activities
can be taken into account. It also allows to ensure that what next professional
can done for better career opportunities. It assists in long term development by
analysing existing work situations and competency skills.
 With an improved focus on the team work the communication aspects and
collective working can be advanced. It assists in improving work standards so

 Reading articles and watching videos is also a method which allows to
improve the skills. It is beneficial for improvement in performance of team
