Introduction
Electronic portfolio (e-portfolio, eFolio, or digital portfolio) refers to aggregation of
electronic evidences that are assembles as well as managed by users usually by the usage of
internet (de Jager, 2019). This involves digital gathering of work over time which are liable for
showcasing values, skills, competencies, experiences and abilities. This report is based t-shirt
based challenge along with this reflection is being provided with respect to skills possessed.
T-shirt challenge
Something which puts individual to test such as running a marathon or reading war &
peace is referred to as challenge. This is derived from Latin word named “to accuse falsely”. In
other words, it implies call of action or invitation. E-challenge refers to something that is being
generat0ed by internet for an instance as in this pandemic situation people work from home
which leads to frustration and such kind activities boost them up. For an instance, posting
smiling picture on social handle account or dancing videos and many other challenges are going
on. It can be considered as source of entertainment in this situation as people hardly have
interaction with others (Gadbury-Amyot, Godley and Nelson, 2019). But such kind of challenges
acts as a source of communication and forms a chain like A give challenge to B then B to C and
cycle continues. Similarly a challenge name T-shirt challenge spread on the internet among
friends then almost worldwide.
Lockdown has impacted millions of people around globe and it is not only normal people
turning to internet trends but celebrities are also opting for certain challenges for keeping them
entertained. The t-shirt handstand challenge has taken up internet by storm when celebrities Jake
Gyllenhaal and Tom Holland posted their videos online as they were a part of challenge. The
challenge was to do handstand against the wall by putting t-shirt within that position. Challenge
started from Tom Holland and it was tagged to Ryan Reynolds and Jake Gyllenhaal for doing the

created cycle. Various celebrities have completed this challenge and they are trying to win it and
posting their videos. The challenge involves trying to put on a t-shirt while doing a handstand
sounds interesting as it is not easy to do so and have a balance on one hand (Giering and
Firdyiwek, 2020). It starts with holding handstand with or against wall and then try to have a t-

This is just for the sake of entertainment but while doing so person can have practice of
handstand and enhance their core strength. It can be considered as source of entertainment as it
takes time to do handstand with t-shirt on its own position. This will be entertaining but apart
from this there are two major aspects which can be gained from this by an individual. This
involves the positive aspect never giving up side in which person will tend to win it no matter
how long it take. On the other hand the other person can just give up by trying it for once. There
is a difference in between the people take this challenge (Heeneman and et. al, 2019). But though
celebrities are involved within this challenge then it people will follow them but in case they
have any back issue or are not able to do it then they should not do it. Sometimes t is better to
give up rather than hurting themselves as it can have adverse impact on them. Though people
might consider it as giving attitude but a person knows their potential and can give their best in
other challenges or other real aspects of life.
The rationale or the positives behind handstand t-shirt challenge was not to just challenge
people whether they can do it or not but it have various benefits to people. It will make upper
body strong as for this individual needs massive strength in their upper back, arm and shoulder
and it will not be easy for beginner to start with. It leads to build up strength. Balance will be
increased along with strength there has to be substantial balancing skills that can hold up
individual. When freestanding handstand is being done then there has to be a complete control
over muscles (Joseph and Lawler, 2020). It also leads to build up core strength when it is being
done each day then it will make person strong. But challenge can lead to serious injury in case if
individual is not prepared for doing handstand for longer time frame then they need to be extra
careful while taking up the challenge. It would be better to do practice of doing this and decide
whether this challenge has to be done or not.
Conclusion
From above, it can be concluded that, electronic portfolio or online resource is liable for
recording, storing as well as archiving artefacts for learning as well as reflecting on individual
learner. It is liable for illustrating professional along with personal growth for exemplifying
evidence-based practice. The t-shirt challenge illustrates the zeal people have to stay strong and
be competitive for dealing with different situations in an impelling way.

Reflection 1
The various skills were acquired from this t-shirt challenges, they are:
Communication skill: T-shirt challenge can lead to huge injury so it required that has to
be adequate communication with person who is standing beside you. So my friend was
there who recording video was and it was clear that if I will have any problem then she
has to come help me so that I do not fell down. We developed a sense of understanding
through these aspects. At first attempt I failed but I completed it and we ended up lauging
Teamwork: Though I can do this challenge alone but still there is nervousness as I may
fell down or get injured so I think I asked my friend to be there with me. Though I know
to do handstand but still I felt it would be better.
Reflection 2
While opting for this challenge I acquired some skills, they are stated beneath:
Communication skill: I asked my roommate to capture a video and I will complete the
challenge but I failed number of times and friend motivated me by saying that I can do it
but I failed due to weak core but I did not gave up and tried number of times. At last after
a around 1 or 2 hours I did it. This was due to a zeal and motivation I had from friend.
Time management skill: This was not developed as this is a challenge and it can take
time depending upon difficulty level. Along with this it was dependent on muscle
strength. I realized that it is not only important to complete but also the tiem I took to
complete this.
Action Plan
This denotes the steps which are being required for completing the t-shirt challenge. These
steps are specified below:
Initially find a wall then stand facing away from this before it is being started ensure that
t-shirt is on ground close to handstand.
The next step is to place hands on ground and then walk legs until individual is in
handstand position (it will be easy if it is done barefooted as it will give grip).
