INTRODUCTION
The students have to increase the performance by working towards achieving the success.
The students have many skills and they have to improve the performance (Feng and et.al., 2019).
They have to analyse where they are standing and where they want to reach. There are many
methods to help the students give better performance. The students should increase the learning
because they are having the skills that will help them in the studies. The teachers are helping the
students because there are many skills that are different in students and they will help them in
increasing the learning. The report includes skills audit, SMART objectives, the importance of
Time Management.
1. skills audit, strengths and the areas that need to develop
The skill audit is the process used by the students to analyse the skills they have and the
methods to improve. There are many skills that are important for the students and they needs to
improve the performance (Hübner and et.al., 2017). The will help the students to analyse the
skills and help them to make the plans for the skills they need to develop. The people should help
others to analyse the skills and they will help them in giving the strengths and weaknesses. There
are many methods which help s the people in skill audits and they should select the best to
improve the performance.

 The communication skill is the strength because the rating given by others is higher and it
helps me in maintaining long term relationships and helping each other.
 I am hard working and do the things perfectly because they help me in increasing the
learning in the Hospitality management. I have the need to do things and improve the
performance and focus on the cleanliness which is important (Daniel, 2016).
 I work effectively in the team in Hospitality management and it helps me in the giving
the best to increase the performance.
 The learning skills help me in understanding new things and they are helping me in
increasing the knowledge.
Weakness
 Time management is the weakness because I delay things which is making it difficult fir
me to give the quality work,
 I do not organise things and it delay the performance. The things should be organised
because it helps in planning what to be done in the Hospitality management and giving
good services to customers.
 The coordination is important for the performance in different departments of Hospitality
management and that should be improves to work together.
 The organisations are having many problems and they should have the problem solving
skills to increase the performance of the Hospitality management and helping them in the
learning.

Management
The SMART objectives is the acronym used for Specific, measurable, achievable,
reliable and time bound. The students have different objective and they are the long term and
short term goals which are helping them to increase the performance (Sevecke and et.al., 2015).

 Specific- The objective are specific because the student should be clear what he has to do
in the organisation and they should be understand the skills that they need to have and
how can they improve the performance.
 Measurable- The objectives should be measurable and they should be quantifiable and it
should be measured to increase the performance.
 Achievable and reliable- The objectives should be reliable and should be achievable
because the success of the students is dependent on the plans they have to increase the
learning.
 Time bound- They should be time bound and helping the students to give the quality
work.
SMART objectives- To improve the time management skills by making the plans and it will
improve the performance by 15%.
To improve the organising skills by organising the resources twice a week and It will
improve the performance by 25%.
To coordinate the work with different departments weekly and this will increase the
performance by 15%.
To increase the problem solving skills to have the good communication with employees
and improve the performance by 35%.
The importance of Time Management
The time management skills the process in which the students manage the work
according to the specific time and this will help them in increase the performance (Gordon,
McCarter and Myers, 2016). Time management is important top have a balance between the
work to be done and it will help in the Hospitality management in coordination with different
departments in the organisation.
 Improve the performance- The time management helps the students to focus on the things
that are important and this will help them in improving the performance (Wilson and
Narayan, 2016). They will have to decide what is important and they have to give good
services to customers.

From the comparison between Samsung and I phone it is derived that the retail price of
Samsung is less than the retail prices of I phone for the period 2015-2019. The organisations
have to give the prices according to the customers and they will help the organisation in
comparing with the prices of the companies. The difference in the retail price of Samsung and I
phone is done by subtracting the prices and this will help in understanding the satisfaction given
to customers by the organisations. The organisation is having the difference in the prices
comparing in the percentage and they are increasing each year in 2015, 2016 and 2018 but it is
reduced in the year 2017 and 2019. The organisations are improving the performance by giving
quality products. The Samsung is the organisation which is having lower prices as compared to I
phone. The average prices of Samsung is 500 and I phone is 980 which is making I phone costly.
There are different factors that impact the performance of the organisations and the prices are
affecting the customers. The organisations have to give good products to increase the
performance.
CONCLUSION
From the above report it is concluded that the students should have different skills that
will help them in increasing the performance. The students have to analyse the performance and
they should improve the factor that will help them in increasing the quality. They should focus
on the learning and have to give good performance that will help them in studies. The students
