INTRODUCTION
I learn various skills when I was in school and doing graduation from collage. It’s
important aspect that when I enter in collage and decide to doing 3 year course I decide
to participation in every program for my skills development because it very clear that
skills is the only things which makes different and effective personality (Khamis, Abdi
and Basgut, 2020). This study will provides information that I learn multiple things and
gain knowledge from university or collage.
MAIN BODY
Activities develop
I analyse that skills only develop by when individual have some motive in their life
for effective future development when I am in collage I participate in collage function
because I have interest as well as I believe in raise confidence for my successful life.
Firstly when I enter in college professor gives me one task that prepares successful
event plan and implement it on given date (Tofighi, 2021). But I don’t have time
management skills so I decide that I prepare structure in 1 or 2 days then I
communicate with my classmate and then according to their choice and ability I
provides them work.
Completion of this task I saw that I have good communication skills because
people listen my view effectively and they do their work proper manner. But completion
of this task I analyse that I don’t have time management skills because reach for event
is one hour late and my professors also told me that this is not good thing and it highly
influence engagement of other people and guest. Then I realise that time management
skills is one of the major thing which is beneficial for improvement in my performance
and for development of successful event. So on the basis of this situation happened
develop time management skills. And I participated in class event where I have
responsibility to present presentation. And I did presentation which is beneficial for
future and it’s very good for my future as well.

So three years of my graduation I learn multiple skills like time
management, computer skill, presentation skills which build my confidence level, good
communication skills, social skills and many more.
Different skills learn in graduation
Time management
A time management skill is very essential for completion of any task within time
and its beneficial for goal achievement successfully on time. Before graduation I don’t
have time management skill so when my professor gives me responsibility to mange
event then I realize time management is essential (Masek and Alias, 2020). On the
basis of this situation I build time management and it’s useful for my daily routine as well
and for my long term goal achievement with proper manner.
Resources
It includes relationship management with other, project management, how to
effectively handle customer attraction and provides them proper services, scheduling
and many more. I mainly develop resources skills which is beneficial for when I get job
in future is maintain relationship skills and I have this skills because I have good
relationship with everyone in collage.
Referencing
Referencing knowledge is essential because it develop project work, assignment,
reports more effective because it includes theories, models, facts which prepared by
experts. But I don’t have this skill but I have to learn this skill because its useful to save
time and project shows different and effective.
Academic skills
It includes adaptability, communication skills, Self-disciplined, Analytical skills
etc. This is very basic skills which are learn and develop from family people, school,
social, graduation and business or organization. I develop all these skills from different

sectors but mainly from school and from collage because professor gives lecture and
motivational speaker always provides information that this skills is very essential for
long term and expansion of new career opportunities.
Writing Skills
I don’t have good writing skills and I don’t have much interest on it. But I analyze
that on the basis of recent trend Email writing, content writing, project writing and
multiple documents require knowledge and idea about proper writing skills so I decide I
learn and get this skill from experts (Sisa, 2021)
Taking notes
Development of taking not and preparing effective notes is not an easier concept
but it’s useful for examination and they easily revise from their notes and develop
success, not only notes skill is beneficial aspect in graduation or school. It also useful
for future as well because which individual not consider notes preparing they not done
their work smoothly. I have taking noted skill because my professor told me that its good
for future as well.
Mitigate future reflection experience from education
I analyze that these all skills is beneficial for my effective career development,
when I did presentation it gives me higher confidence in public speaking, academic
skills provides idea about how to communicate with people with proper manner, time ma
segment skills which is useful for every day routine and now I feels that individual has to
implement and develop this skills for successful career (Gustafsson, Wallman and
Mattsson, 2021).
One skills which is require for great career is personality development because it
useful for crack interviews, become good position in future and many more things
require this skills because I analyze that when I doing interview in graduation I realize
that interview crack require effective personality .

CONCLUSION
It has been summarized form the above reflective study that individual when I did
graduation they learn multiple things for their career growth and in this study I am
example that I gain practical skills which has been useful for career development. This
report has been provided information about I learn multiple skill throughout my
education in university, I recognize that individual skills is important and it influence
personality. Major thing which has been give motivation and confidence is presentation
skill and it has been very useful aspect. I accept it that professor idea, theoretical
aspects, expert’s information useful for raise career options.
