INTRODUCTION
Digitalisation plays an important role in the growth and success of every organisation as
it makes easy for them to reach their business to maximum number of customers. It assist them
to acquire, convert, send as well as store relevant data at one place which ease the managers to
make an effective decisions. The main objective of adopting digitalisation is to assess and
process the information in more appropriate manner. Furthermore, the organisations nowadays
focusing on cloud computing which facilitates in processing an effective information. The
present assignment report is based on ClickMeeting and Skype for Business. The report
discusses these two web conference providers along with their comparison in terms of features
they posses and used according to the suitability of an organisation. In addition with this, skills
required to perform online research has been also discussed along with the challenges that they
may faces during online research.

Comparison in features of Web Conferencing providers
In this era of competitive businesses , internet has a realistic possession of informations.
and there are diverse hard-hitting effort towards capturing the market through digitalisation as it
would help the business person and the business in a real time communication. In this context,
Web Conferencing is a tool for communicating. This tools involves using of internet for sharing
text communication, audio, visual communication and also for online video conferencing. In
present secession there are various web conferencing companies presents in the markets which
helps the businesses in working from home, unlimited business meetings and helps in connecting
globally just by one click (ClickMeeting REVIEW, 2019).
Skype for Business:
Skype is a application of telecommunications which is used world wide for providing the
services like video calls, voice chat between computers. It is used for instant message by several
clients in different different organisation . Skype is a tool for the businesses which brings
collectively remote team and allow them to participate in the meeting or conferences from
anywhere. Its provides with the level of security to the organisation which is highly demanded in
today's era.

webinars and online meeting an effective one for each and every business . It is mainly a
tool for providing a summary of meeting with the help of whiteboard,presentations,

for the businesses to increase their business execution. Along with these lines, its application and
