The ever-changing world and the trends have resulted to various developments in the
situations and living conditions of the people. The changes affected the growth and the prevalent
culture of the individuals. The most important change that the changes undertook was based on
the mentality and the outlook of the people.
The change that was witnessed by America since the 1860’s have contributed to their
growth. The uprisings have led to the freedom that was lacking in the nation. The slavery
confinements and the derailed ethics seemed to fall over through the revolution. The horrid
experience of the tragic slavery can be considered as one of the most intriguing chapters of the
American history. The coastal trades helped in undertaking the varied requirements of the
masters for the supply of the workforce (Schneider and Schneider 2014). The first years of the
19th century witnessed varied changes in the structure. It affected the lives of the people largely.
Most likely, the natives of the nation and the African people who have shifted to the nation or
was forced to do so. The tobacco planters required labors to work for them and therefore they
bought in slaves in order to solve their purpose of undertaking the change.
The benevolent masters seemed to be more affluent therefore they got their job done
buy the slaves that they bought from the different sources. The systems affected the smooth
living of the people. The tobacco planters and later the Chesapeake and Carolina planters also
required workforce for which they brought in the slaves. The then condition of the lifestyle
contradicts with the federal systems that are being implemented in the later years. The Gang-
labor system was undertaken by the masters in order to increase the productivity that is being
invested on the workloads for their private gains (Elkins 2013). The cotton planters by the banks
of the Mississippi undertook steps in order to increase their productivity through the systems.
The most important changes that are being undertaken by the units contradicted with the

liberalism and the higher assistance of the ideas. The task system introduced new concepts of
dominating over the labor force. The African American resettled their claims based on their
cultures and the Black Protestantism. On the other hand, the implication of the slavery that was
forged by the readings of the Bible has affected the growth of the practices leading to slavery.
The change in the systems was undertaken due to the slow revolutions that grew with
time. The discontent in the minds of the labor forces as to the living conditions that are offered to
them has infiltrated their loyalty and disgusted their concepts of serving their masters. The
Alabama Constitution that was held in the year 1819, granted to the whites with their right to
vote in the unusual manner. The secret ballot was introduced which helped in confiding the
security of the people (Du Bois 2014). The changes seemed to take place when their masters
freed some of the slaves and the rest fled from their campaigns. The changes in the systems have
affected the livelihood in the people and their freedom. The legitimacy of the freedom is based
on their indulgence of the workforce and the loss of supremacy of the masters.
Considering the present scenario, the situations have changed. Women power has gained
recognition. The supremacy of the whites over the blacks and the relative racism issues has
ceased to affect the social systems (Du Bois 2017). The change in the lifestyle is being
undertaken through the relevant changes in the social systems and the legal steps that binds and
evaluates the systems.
