Cognitive behavioral therapy is also helpful for a good sleep habit.
Sleeping pills should not be missed, and must be avoided and the melatonin should be made to do its own work.
The frequent use of the sleeping pills should be refrained from.
All the directions provided with the packaging box should be read properly.
What new directions can you follow in your research which you had not previously considered?
The Cognitive behavioral therapy can play a role in a better sleeping process. This is a new knowledge that has been recently developed. This
is a form of psychotherapy by which the psychologists try to redress or modify the negative thoughts, patterns of behavior, emotions and
feelings. It is believed that certain negative emotions and feelings affect our sleep, therefore, must be do away with. According to the Harvard
Medical School, this form of therapy can be more effective than the sleep medications and will be less harmful for health. Therefore, further
researches are being made.

I would like to study more about the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and in what ways, this can be effective. Also, I would like to understand in
what ways the patterns of behavior can be redressed. Also, I would like to know in what other ways the quality of sleep can be developed and
made more sound.
