the operations to adopt and create the new opportunity for the business operations and function
are including the financial, human resources, supply chain department. Create the new training
and development programmes for the employers to increases the performance .
Encourage the innovation- The impact of the changes in the company function to
encourage the new innovation in the process. Adopted the new tools and techniques, new
strategies of marketing and competitors. Increased the efficiency- They change to increase the
efficiency of the work of the employers in the operation department which make the more
satisfied the customer needs and wants. Its also help the increases the positive attitude in their
employers to provide the better service to the consumers.
