Key Members of Management Team
In business, many staffs are working based on their duties and responsibilities. There are
key personnel’s or members position as per the manufacturing business as follows:
The operational head is a head of operations who look after all policies, customer service,
proper implementing of solution regarding technology, services and manufacturing.
An operations manager is a manager who comes under the operational head and is a
responsible leader for financial success. This manager handles internal work as well as
external relations.
The office manager is a manager who serves the Human resource director, purchaser or
buyer, traffic police with the vendors and salesperson.
The production manager is the person who involves in planning, controlling and
coordinating the manufacturing processes.
Plant manager deals with the daily operation of manufacturing plant, organizing and
checking the services.
The warehouse manager is responsible towards the storage of goods or product, receipt
and dispatch.
Sales manager, deals with the marketing part of the business.
Purchasing manager looks after all the purchase made and other managers are also
involved with this duty to work efficiently.
Shipping manager is responsible for packaging, ordering, delivering through
transportation. Association of other members also included in this.

Quality control and safety manager is concern about the quality of the product, train the
employee to check the requirement and monitoring the quality supply and produce.
Company structure
A structure of a company will look as follows
1. CEO or the Chief executive officer or the president who drives the company.
2. Executive Vice president comes under the CEO who look after all the marketing segment
and upgrade its business needs.
2.1. The legal officer has to be responsible for all the legal affairs of the business or
company.
3.1. Marketing vice president looks after only the marketing segment of the industry
or company
a. Public relation head is responsible towards the public relation plan and strategies to
promote the business product and reputation.
b. Product service head deals with both product planning and marketing.
Manager works under the product service head manager deals with managing the plan
and marketing
3.2. Production vice president deals with the manufacturing of the business as per the
requirement of the market. Their policies and goal directed towards the growth of the
company.
The manager looks after the work allotted by the Production Vice president.
3.3. Sales vice president has a responsibility to deliver the correct revenue to the
company based on market goal and the company’s objective.

The compensation package of each key employee
Employees Compensation is given to an employee as a benefit of working in a company
or serving the company. There are a few types of Compensation includes Basic pay, bonus, profit
share, pay on merit, commission, travelling and housing allowance and benefits includes health,
medical, retirement, family insurances.
The company providing Compensation or benefits to its employees
For the top management employees and Key members, the company providing facilities like
Health insurance
Family insurance
Pension plan
Dental insurance
Maternity and Paternity leave
Retirement plan
Employee discount
Travelling allowances
These facilities are provided to the top management and key members according to their band or
level or rank in the company.
The company provides benefits to warehouse worker, travelling salesperson, plant
manager of health insurance of $ 200 per month and one month paid vacation, a bonus to 20% of

basic pay of $50,000 per year for travelling salesperson and a car allowance of $ 600 per month.
For plant manager and other operations, managers provided a bonus of 10% of a base salary of $
60,000 and insurance of $ 300 per month and a two week paid vacation offered.
Planning for Full and part time hourly employee
Hourly employees are paid based on the hour of work in the office and they are eligible
for all benefits in a company. However the employee who works less than full time employee is
said part time employee and get paid on different rates and may or may not be eligible for any
benefits as per company’s norms
As this is a manufacturing company, it required full time employee to work as per the
company’s goal and requirement. However in some department, a few part time employees are
required to work for the company when there is loads of work remain (Pierce & Schott, 2016).
Full time employees fall under the whole payment structure of the company, whereas;
there are different rates for the part time employee based on their hour worked. Full time
employees pay focus on their work during work hour, whereas this may not work the same with
the part time employee. There can be an issue regarding the part time employee. However,
mostly part time employee gets more productive during the company’s requirement (Čech et al,
2016).
Based on the company, it requires 100 full-time employees and 10 part-time employees
to work for the company.

Employees offered a basic salary, bonus, incentives, achievements, benefits and Compensation
working in the office hours and completing weekly hours in the office. As per the company’s pay
structure and employees’ role, they get paid along with the benefits. Here warehouse worker,
travelling salesperson and plant manager getting monthly salary include basic pay, bonus, health
insurance, car allowance and two weeks paid vacation (Levinson, 2017).
Part-time employee
Part-time employees work those who less than 30hours a week. They get paid hourly basis as per
the requirement and different rate charts. A part-time employee cannot enjoy all the benefits of
the company. Though they are very flexible to work and available easily.
Use of Other professional plans
Other professional plans to use in business is to increase marketing and expanding the company
into a new sector which can increase productivity and profitability. Based on the market
segments increase of employees and to develop the business in the market will increase earning.
