INTRODUCTION
This report is based on the small business enterprise. The small business enterprise is
important in the modern time. Nisa is the small business enterprise in UK. It is the retail
company in UK. It is the small grocery shop and its wholesalers in the UK. The small business
enterprise is the small scale business. In this enter, there are few workers and the low volume of
sales. The SBE is useful for the Nisa retail company. In this report, it has been mentioned about
the strength and weaknesses of the small business enterprise. There are also mentioned about the
objective, plan and comparative measures of performance of the SBE. This report is identified
the weaknesses of the small businesses and should minimise the weaknesses of the businesses. It
also determine about the strength of the company. This report is totally based on the small
business enterprise, which is useful at the small level of businesses(Altman S, 2010).

1.1 Profile of selected business and its strengths and weaknesses
The Nisa is one type of the grocery shop and it is the popular business enterprise in UK.
It is the retail company and founded in the 1977 and its headquarters in Scunthorpe, Lincolnshire
and 213 employees are working in the Nisa retail company. The Nisa company has 4000
convenience stores and 1080 shareholders are registered. It provides the healthy good to their
existing and new customers and identify their needs and wants for the company products and
services. The Nisa company provides the equal opportunities for their all kind of employees and
provides the high security in the employment. In the business there are some strength and
weaknesses of the small business enterprise. The Nisa is the small retail business. The Nisa
company has its strengths and weaknesses. The strength are:
ď‚· Greater motivation- The motivation is the one of strength of the company. The greater
motivation is effective for the company employees. The salary and bonuses are greater
motivation for the employees(Barber M, 2016).
ď‚· Greater flexibility- The flexibility is also a advantages of the company. Flexible
environment is important for taking the effective action for the business. So flexibility is
important for the Nisa enterprise.

ď‚· Less authorities- The Nisa is the small business enterprise and there are the problem can
understand easily. The decision can take easily and the outcome can restrained quickly.
Weaknesses of the small business enterprise: there are some weakness which is faced by the
small business enterprise. They are given below:
ď‚· Staffing problems- The Nisa is the small business enterprise and there are some problem
in the staffing because they are not able to pay the salaries to their new employees and
there are few time for implementing the objectives of the company.

because the small businesses can not purchase the raw materials and machinery for the
effective objectives of the company(Fassin R, 2011).

performance of the businesses. They are given below:

their organisation. The company will check the performance of the company against the target.

overcoming the weaknesses which are as follows: the Nisa company need to develop their equal
product for attracting the customers for the company's product. To overcome the knowledge is
useful for changing the condition of the business. The new technologies can be used for ordering
the products and goods of the business.

The existing performance can be maintained and strengthened because the existing
