out water purpose activities. The basic electricity source of the city is stated to the wind turbines
as they produce the major electricity for the city. However, the city also seeks electricity from
other sources of energies to efficiently manage the demand of electricity prevailing in the city
and further support the growth of electricity and this act of the city is mostly appreciated as
through both water and electricity resource usage the city has been continuously growing along
with the growth of basic infrastructure of roads, highways and railways for city development
(Kinawy, et. al., 2018).
The budget to complete the construction of the city was sufficient as the budget effectively
supported infrastructure construction within the city but the decision making is a major
requirement for managing budget efficiently.
