organization. Project management is explained as process of managing various stages of project
effectively and ensuring that every stage included in project should be executed effectively. It is
explained as use of knowledge, skills and tools to deliver something valuable to consumers.

completed during this Smart City project and these roles are mentioned below:
Initiation phase – Focusing on developing a project charter and identifying relevant
stakeholders which might affect the project. This phase plays vital role in planning of project.
Planning phase – Developing an effective project management plan and understanding about
