A goal can be considered as “SMART” if it satisfies the various aspects like the
Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Timescale. A goal which is sensible, simple

which will include the application of the excel worksheets. In order to achieve my goal of

and be able to go through the preliminary phases of the course without any sort of
interruptions as that is much needed for me in building a strong and effective base for the
development. The possible method for me to know whether I am achieving my goal or not is
to be by the periodic assessment of my capability in achieving the above mentioned

For my improvement of the IT skills, I will undertake a course of MS Excel and I am
hopeful of completing it on or before 2nd March. The success of mine in achieving the skills
