Abu Dhabi is considered as a famous city and capital of the United Arab Emirates. It is situated
on a T-shape Island. The city had a population of more than 1.4 milling during 2015. It is a very
beautiful and attractive tourist place.
Project Description
Housing construction in Abu Dhabi is growing very speedily, and there is a high demand for
smart housing development. As a project manager, I am responsible for building 10 smart houses
in Abu Dhabi which will be with 2 floors; each floor should be 200 sq. m. or 400 sq. m. The
smart house should be such which measure temperature and control different functions like
coolers or heaters by utilizing microcontrollers. New smart houses of Abu Dhabi must contain an
Electrical heater, lights, thermoelectric Air Conditioner, and Fan, etc.
Project Objectives
The main aim of the project is to develop 10 new smart houses in Abu Dhabi which will be with
2 floors, or each floor should be 400 and 200 sq. m. Every developed smart house of Abu Dhabi
should have thermoelectric AC, fan, electric heater, lights and Fan. The project management
team of the city want to accomplish the project as per requirements with low cost and low time.
Project Success Criteria
Success criteria of the project can successfully obtain by fulfilling the desired objective of the
project and constructing the new houses as per the demand of individuals (Sears, 2015). There

successful manner.
