Email services also called webmail, for using emails users have to go for the online email
service providers .email service providers provide user to send messages, recieve and retrieve of
email from their web browsers. These services gives us very easy access , and storage of email
messages for users.
Using email services users have to go for the webmail site.after that users have to go for
username and password if user is new then users have to go for the sign-up option.after then user
can go to view their mail messages using their own user account.that messages will stay on
providers server,which allow the user to access all their e-mail messages .
Email services provides same benefits and operations for handling mail on users
system.there are many softtwares for use emails like gmail,yahoo mail, zoho mail,microsoft
outlook ,apple iCloud,tutanota ,GMX mail,AOL mail, etc .this all mails provide services acros any
location to of the earth (Brougham and Haar 2017).

Gmail :
Gmail is free for acccess emails ,advertising supported email service is provided by the
google search engine.Users can access emails using the mobile apps for android and iOS via gmail
on web. The email content synchronize through POP or IMAP protocols for third party programs.
Gmail launched on initial limited storage i.e. 1 gigabyte per user,so this is so highly
numbers in the storage as comapred to Hotmail because that time it offers users to 2 megabyte at
that time.now a days the mail service is increased to the 15 gigabytes of free storage.users can
retrieve mails up to 50 megabytes in size, including the attachments of files. So it means they can
send email upto 25 megabytes in size.if users want to larger size in mails so user can insert files
from google drives into the messages.
Using gmail you can see attachments instantly.you can view files without leaving
gmail and even also you can save attachments directly on users drive for handling and sharing them
from at one place. Using Gmail user can select themes from 35 to infinity which are already
given.. Gmail giving users to to take actions on emails no matter where they are at inbox,send . User
can take actions like delete , mark etc (French, Guo and Shim, 2014).

service in the over all the world.
Yahoo mail is free version with the capacity of 1 TB.it provides email attachment limit 25 mb
up to 100 mb via built in the attach large files in app.
Yahoo mail is used in small business for instance to helps user for creating online stores which
make money for user.so some like this services are not free on yahoo store but some usefull free
services are available on just one click on yahoo store.

B.Possibilities of communication and colloboration at the workplace :
Going on possibilities of communication and colloboration fristly peoples have to
understand the communicaion.so the communication is the way where the peoples are communicate
with each other and swapping the information. But communication can be kind of verbal or may be
not verbal.whenever the peoples are communicating with each other at workplace it may be official
or may be un-official .workplace communication between un-official can give bad effect if
employess are talking too much with the work but if the employess are working and talking
officially for particular reason then it creates a good effect.
There are so many possibilities of communicationg and colloboration at the worklace.i.e,
employess when talking on any particular topic but when sometimes they giving advice or talking
so it may be poosible.
When employee going for a meetng so the questions may jounerate in their mind so they ask
and comminication may be arise (Kim and Shin, 2015). If employee have any confusion or
question so then the communication may be arise it may be a official question or may be an un-
official question. It is possible if any employee is alone and the second talk with him/her so here a
one possibility is arise.
Sometimes the employee may be smart and confident so employee try to communicate if other
employee so here also the communication is jounerate. Employees always have a mind scenario for
work but when the confusion , illness , official question arise so they asks to other employee then
communication is arise again at workplace.
If any issue is arise at workplace then it makes possibility of employees commincation like the
desktop is not working well , computer is hang or slow processing , fans are not working , the door
is locked or not move etc .
The possibilities can be arise when employee is free ,disatisfaction of employee. When the
productivity is reduced so employess also try to talk so here also the possibility of jounerating
colloboration. When the turnover is increased or decreased then colloboration of employee can be
made. If Work related issue is made betwen the employees so then the comuunication is arise and if
is not manage then it'll be become a long communication .worse case scenario if comes at
employees minf at work place then there will be a possibility of jounarating communication at
