Introduction
Project plan the crucial part of implementing any innovative idea successfully.
Therefore, in order to lead a successful project for launching a new Smartphone based and
Web based application Nickle-Byte Pty Ltd needs an effective and comprehensive project
plan. Therefore, in this report a project plan will be proposed considering the required action
plan, requirements, recommendations and budget.
The objective of this project will be:
 To collect adequate information about the Australian education market
 To conceptualise an application considering its optimisation and utility
 To feedback financially in different segments of the project development
 To complete all the activities within the deadline
 To maintain collaboration and integrity for improving the efficiency

 Finding major online networks that holds Australian Educational information
 Browsing and recording all the available information on Australian Education Market
 Normalising the records and developing different segregate for effecting information
processing
 Interviewing some experts in education market regarding the current scope and future
growth
 Prioritise the collected data as per the scope and potential changes in education market
 Developing the concept of the application in prototype stage
 Planning user interface keeping the user friendliness and utility in mind

The following data has been found from the Education market data collection
 In 2017, 3,849,225 students have enrolled which is increment of 1.3% from the
previous year
 Australia has 9444 schools where, NSW, Victoria, Queensland, Western Australia are
the major area of school development.
 In 2017, 65.6% of students were enrolled in government schools, 19.9% in catholic
schools and 14.5% independent schools.
 In 2017 Australia had 404,580 school staff, where 70% are teachers
 Year 7 to 12 Apparent Retention Rate for Australia was 84.8% where, 86% is the
non-indigenous rate and 62.4% is the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander
 Student enrolments increased in government school from 65.4% to 65.6% in 2017
 According to researcher this biasness towards Government schools will be increasing
up to next 20 years.

Recommendations
The following requirements are essential to make the target application more effective and
popular:
 In order to make the application more optimised in terms of performance, the user
interface graphics should rely on more Random Memory rather than Cashed pages of
Processor.
 The JavaScript should be used for Web based platform instead of visual script to
enhance security and advanced integrity [3]
 Complying with the Cyber security and privacy terms and condition the Smart phone
application should import the user’s geographical location after having the
acknowledgement from the user.
 The user interface should be developed based on less hierarchical operational
interface and more on recent used user activities.
 The User interface should provide a internal search engine which fetch the data from
Google Big-Data and will present the data after real time sorting and segregation. It
will enable better navigational ability to user [4].
 The phone application should be launched in alpha testing stage, to have better
understanding of user needs and potential changes required for more appreciation.
The Web-based application will be released after finalising the development.
 After final release, the Beta test should be enabled for ensuring the bug-free
experience for the user.
