INTRODUCTION
Small and medium sized enterprises are defined as those businesses which maintain their
revenue and number of employees working below a specific threshold(Silalahi, Fachrurazi and
Fahham, 2021). In this business all personnel numbers fall below certain limits which are
assigned. SME are the most crucial thing in order to lead economic growth. The below report
involves a reflective journal (Lee, Che-Ha and Alwi, 2021).
MAIN BODY
What thoughts were prompted in mind with this week material.
From the overall week material certain thoughts came up in my mind with respect to
small business firms and entrepreneurship. The small businesses have a very small part of share
in whole market area. It also involves lifestyle business. In context with this, I analyzed that it
provides an acceptable level of income.
What did you find interesting in the weeks material.
In the week material the most interesting thing I found was that as an entrepreneur there
is great level of achievement and high energy due to which there is no fear of taking risks in a
company. It is a very interesting thing for an organization to do work with good level of energy.
What did you learn this week
I had learned that as an entrepreneur it is important to bring new innovations to the
company which will help to achieve success. I have also learned that while working in the
organization I should have the ability to take all kind of risks.
How might this learning help you with your project
This learning would help me in enhancing my organization and identify all type of
opportunities to achieve growth and success. It will also help me in earning better profits with
respect to my project.
CONCLUSION
From the above report It has been concluded that as a small medium enterprise the most
crucial thing is build up better customer satisfaction and be independent in a legal manner.
