entrepreneur personal traits, which can help to establish the level of personal development and

cognition, which can establish practical establishments allowing benefiting the process of
decision-making. It is also effective to enrich the personality traits by understanding the practical
implication and theoretical aspects based on the personality and theoretical implications; and
with the help of this entrepreneur personality, effective activities can be established and
achievements can be recognised (Colombo et al. 2016). Another motivational theory that can be
used is the Maslow's pyramid, which helps to establish psychological understanding comprising
