The new business idea is about small shop in the London South Ealin area. A name of
new business idea is Snackibles and here customers well get Snacks items like, hand made
cookies, Oat Bars, Sweets and things that are cooked and can be eatable as a snack etc.
This shop will attract customers who are in hurry, and they need something that can be
carried by them and also target the people who need something in the morning with their Cup of
tea, or they can present in they Plate when some guests arrive at their home.

To start a new business Snackibles shop, businessman will need a money to buy things
that will be needed to make Snacks, and they will also need to for the shop interior design, rent of
the shop, salaries of the employees. Without having the capital business cannot be started so

Snackibles, owner need to require employees who can work for them and help them to grow
their business effectively. Interview method will be used by the Owner to recruit, and they will
recruit around 2 employees who have experience in sells. Owner will pay them salary around
$2000 per person so the total cost of the both the employees will be $4000 per month for their
work in the Snackibles shop.
5- Target market and target people including promotional strategies
Snackibles business idea is based on the Snack that are fried and made with the hand and
it can be eatable for the special occasion or in the morning with the tea or people who are busy
