objective or goal and is connected to an external environment, is known as Organization
(Groenewegen, Ferguson, Moser and Borgatti, 2017). Managing people, planning, controlling
resources and leading a company in order to achieve the desired goals is the main agenda of
an organization. This report will help in identifying the concept of effectively managing the
organization and the approaches they use to become successful in the market. With the help
of Snap Inc. Company all the approaches and techniques will be explained to give an idea
how an organization becomes successful. The report will be divided into three tasks which
will eventually explain every important aspect of the company.

and Evan Spiegel on 16 September 2011. Headquarter of the company is in Venice,
