will increase customer satisfaction within 6 months, a short term goal. This organisation will
boost its presence in social media within 1 year, a medium-term goal. This company will
enhance its market share within 2 years, a long term goal.
SWOT analysis:
Strengths Through its 1500 stores, this company operates in a total of ten
provinces of Canada. This organisation offers its product to various
banners such as Sobeys, Foodland, Price Chopper, Safeway, Thrifty
Foods, Freshco, IGA and Lawtons drugs. Near about 125,000
employees of this company helps Sobeys Inc. to run its business
smoothly (Bedford, 2019).
