assignment, there are some principles of support are discussed who help in ensuring about the
services and that are providing to individuals (DeSanctis, 2017). There are some processes are
occur in order to protect patients and professionals from harm. The implementation of person
centered approach by NHS organization help in providing appropriate and effective services to
service users. There are some ethical dilemmas and conflicts are arising by providing services
and support to service users. In addition to this, the various policies and regulations are
implemented that help in providing the proper care and services to individuals. The local
processes and policies also help in developing effective services. These policies and regulation
cause potential impact on the practices and policies of organization. There are some theories also
help in underpin the practices of health and social care. The social processes also cause and
impact on service users. The occurrence of internal professional walking helps in developing the
effectiveness of services among patients. There are various roles and responsibilities are occur
among those were walking within the organization. Lastly, the contribution and recommendation
to providing the good practices within the organization are also discussed.

and services to service users. These principles are occur according to the values that are

them to ensure about their services among individuals. From this, the health and social Care
organization can provide appropriate services by considering key factors that are necessary for
customers. This includes maintaining privacy, safety, convenience, honesty, equality and dignity
which help them to managing the risk that are occur within the organization. From the help of
these principles, the organization can ensure about safety of patients. The care professionals must
follows these principles while delivering services to service users so that they can reduce the risk
factors without affecting customers. This should be followed by all care professionals of
organization by allowing these principles within their services. It helps in providing proper
services and care to their services users.

practitioners can protect service users from any harm. This procedure is described below.
 In order to protect the service users, the organization need to develop policies including
guidelines and regulation which is must consider by practitioners so that they can ensure
about protection of users.
 The planning of personalized care also helps in ensuring about safety and protection of
service users from any harm.
 Within organization, the risk management and assessment must occur on a regular basis
so that any harm or risk can determine properly (Olsen, 2017).
 It is necessary to inform about risk to all workers of organizations so that they can take
preventive steps within it.

patients are unable to make their decision due to their inability but the consideration of proper

and gear that help in influencing the health of individuals. As this policies works on rights of
individual that are needed to be considered by professionals while delivery service to them. The

regarding record keeping and other that help in reducing the conflicts that arises with in it. From

information related to the services and treatment of individual. They can also analyze risk within
the services of patient by risk assessment. The involvement of various stakeholders also helps in

Negative impact:
Too much focus on financial control has tighten the release of funds over necessary
activities such as promotions, taking risk in portfolio management and other beneficial
investments.

effectively. The system theory can be used within the structure of organization. From this, the
behavior of human and their compatibility can be discussed with the organization system
complexity. In order to delivering effective services the organization was focus on their system.
Including this, they need to focus on the other attributes so that services can be provided timely
and expectations of people can be fulfilled properly (Hyshka, 2019). This theory also focuses on
the efforts that are made by group in order to provide effective services to individuals. As there
are various problems within the services are faced by individuals do occurrence of
ineffectiveness. The implementation of this theory assists in providing appropriate services
which can lead to survive of individuals in an effective manager. Moreover, it also assists in
handling the awareness and knowledge of individuals with the help of social learning. From this,
the standard of organization can be enhanced including awareness regarding providing effective
services on a long-term basis. With the help of theory organization can enhance their services
and care which make it more effective among individuals. In addition to this, organization can
also take support from various authorities and agencies that help them to make their services

important factor that is necessary to be occur in the health and wellbeing of an individuals. This
is occur as the people are highly connected to their socially which also a factor or cause of their
health. The organization need to develop social activities and programs from which the health

The inter-professional of working is refers to the group of individuals who have different
skills and education. These professionals are from different backgrounds that perform their role
according to it. In the organization there are different types of inter professional workers are
occur who provides appropriate care and services according to their knowledge. The occurrence
of this can help in influencing the health of patient in an effective manner. From this various
difficulties and conflicts can be reduced. The involvement of inter-professional working can
work in collaboration that helps in providing effective services and facilities to customers
according to their needs and requirements. From this satisfaction of services can be enhanced by
providing them appropriate services (Jacob, Gunn and Holland, 2019). This also helps in
reducing the errors by improving the services of patient. Moreover, the better outcomes can
develop by reducing the risk factors for the system of organization. There are various
inefficiencies are present in the operational and work environment organization. The
implementation and occurrence of inter-professional workers helps in reducing the impact on
service users. The impact also includes the improving the relationship with other professionals
from which better outcomes of health can be evaluated. It reduces the gaps that wasn't with an

Negatives: Discovering different calls is an important step in a concerted effort. Many
experts are unaware of the other demands for well-being because of the lack of collective efforts
during individual training. Throughout their preparation, suppliers tend to be associated with
their own calls and in this way create negative biases and an innocent view of the jobs of various
people in the social security group.

1 Explain own role, responsibilities in the context of working within health and social care
workplace
My duties as a care worker include individual consideration of customers, for example
assisting with washing, clothing, toilet prerequisites including catheter and care. Assist with
nutritional needs, for example, organize / organize / pay attention, direct stimulation / treatment,
transportation, clean. It is my responsibility to ensure that the customer maintains an honorable
level of wellbeing and promotes customer prosperity. It is also my responsibility to ensure that
all organizational arrangements and procedures are completed and to maintain records for the
transmitted administration, along with the duty to ensure that my preparation requirements are
met maintenance, so I am at the level of standards needed to try my job. Ultimately, it is my duty
and responsibility to speak to customers with dignity and respect on a regular basis.
The roles and responsibility of professionals and workers occur who are working with the
organization and outside it. Their role and responsibilities is to maintain environment of
organization so that it can provide beneficial services to patients. It is the responsibility of
workers to monitor the services that are providing to customers (Ramani, McMahon and
Armstrong, 2019). This can occur with the help of feedbacks and surveys from people that help
in analyzing the effectiveness of services that are providing to them. From this, the important
improvements can be done according to the requirements of people that are needed to be
changed according to them. With the help of this strategy, workers and professionals can develop
immediately change with their services that provides potential and positive impact on service
users. In addition to this, also and sure about their services should occur in equality and
according to the rights of individual. The proper care facilities must be provided by the

organization that helps patients to overcome from their disease. While providing services to
patient, it is necessary to consider their background and dignity which leads to the development
of effectiveness of care. The service users depend on the organization for their care and services
so it is necessary to provide considerable services to them. Including this, the organization also
needs to provide proper education of clear so that they can influence their health by their own.
The responsibility of workers is to manage the environment of by making it hygiene and save
from which individuals can feel comfortable about their services by receiving from organization.
2 Evaluate own contribution to development and implementation of organizational policy
While working in health and social Care organization my contribution regarding
implementation of policies is in development phase. I play an important role within the system of
organization of influencing the policies with the structure of it. The contribution in development
and implementation of policies is that to influence professionals and workers about their
responsibilities so that they can provide appropriate services in effective manner. In addition to
this, my responsibilities also includes to providing information about legislation and standards to
professionals so that they can provide services by considering the need and requirements of
customers (Johnson, 2018). From this the safety and protection of rights of human can be
properly protected which result in developing relationship and confidence in services users for
organization. The contribution also includes providing all resources that are necessary to occur
within the system organization so that can develop in an effective manner. The maintaining
record information is also my contribution for the implementation of policies in organization. It
helps in developing the quality of care for individuals who are highly considered about their
information. This also leads to considering the rights of individual by professionals which
develop effective services among them. My work role includes implementing the policies from
which the risk factors among individuals can be reduced. The implementation of organizational
policy helps in removing the risk and harm that may arise within the services. But my
contribution in the development of policy assists in managing appropriately.
Challenges face by me:
Challenge for me as a care worker was managing the passing of a patient as my job
likewise includes thinking about patients in palliative consideration. Thinking about kicking the
bucket kids was "related with passionate agony and enduring sentiments of frailty and

disappointment. With death, since quite a while ago settled connections inside the consideration
setting were broken and the sentiment of not being available to bid farewell was a test for me.

practice based services to people. From this safety and protection can be provided to vulnerable
papers by providing them appropriate environment. From this the services can make vulnerable
to individuals that help in enhancing the services of organization among others. The organization
feedback and services from peoples at regular time so that their services can be improved
according to the requirements and needs of different individuals. This organization can provide
proper support on which there performance can be influence that helps them to develop quality
of better outcome within the services. The good practices also includes reviewing the services of
organization that their execution must be according to the evidence based that assist in
developing the protection and effectiveness to vulnerable groups. In addition to this, the care
professionals must follow guidelines and policies from which they can provide services within
time that raise customer satisfaction. It helps in influencing the on contribution from which best
policies and standard can develop weather in the system of organization.
