by organization to service users. This includes providence of care and service by considering the

assignment, there are some principles of support are discussed who help in ensuring about the

service users. There are some ethical dilemmas and conflicts are arising by providing services
and support to service users. In addition to this, the various policies and regulations are
implemented that help in providing the proper care and services to individuals. The local
processes and policies also help in developing effective services. These policies and regulation
cause potential impact on the practices and policies of organization. There are some theories also
help in underpin the practices of health and social care. The social processes also cause and
impact on service users. The occurrence of internal professional walking helps in developing the
effectiveness of services among patients. There are various roles and responsibilities are occur
among those were walking within the organization. Lastly, the contribution and recommendation
to providing the good practices within the organization are also discussed.

these principles, the organization can ensure about safety of patients. The care professionals must

factors without affecting customers. This should be followed by all care professionals of
organization by allowing these principles within their services. It helps in providing proper

information. This also leads to considering the rights of individual by professionals which
develop effective services among them. My work role includes implementing the policies from

Challenges face by me:
Challenge for me as a care worker was managing the passing of a patient as my job

proper support on which there performance can be influence that helps them to develop quality
of better outcome within the services. The good practices also includes reviewing the services of
organization that their execution must be according to the evidence based that assist in
developing the protection and effectiveness to vulnerable groups. In addition to this, the care
professionals must follow guidelines and policies from which they can provide services within
time that raise customer satisfaction. It helps in influencing the on contribution from which best
policies and standard can develop weather in the system of organization.
