Introduction
The given report document is a reflective portfolio that derives standards an individual's
personal as well as professional development. In inclusive of the report document instance of
reflective model will be taken into consideration to provide enhanced structure and covering all
major requirements of the project. Key considerations to Gibbs model is being taken into
consideration to derive reflective portfolio over assessment 1 covering several social and
principles of care (Luja and O'Malley, 2019).
Main Body
Description
While engaging my skills and abilities towards development of assessment 1 which
included elements of care and social well-being. In description of the scenario it can be said that
social factors and principles of care plays a vital role in enhancing healthcare industry. Being
engaged in the assessment I got to know about relative concepts and acquire knowledge about
concepts being involved in the process. In addition to this, relative standards of social care was
being discussed for which I got acknowledged about effective basis for which better approach in
the life being can be fixed.
Feelings
My feelings while performing assessment task were fluctuating. In the process being
there were several instance for which for which I sometimes feel frustrated. As by performing
project task it was hard to find the relevant detailing of the subject matter. Along with this, I got
to know that equality and social care can move hand to hand while being engaged in principles
of care in a society. Furthermore, I felt the real importance of life being analysing principles of
social care and its relative importance over an individual (Rolfe and Freshwater, 2020).
Evaluation
In evaluation of the reflective portfolio, it can be said that social care and well-being
plays a vital role in enhancing attributes of an economy. Being engaged in the process there are
several standards which are being build to develop better understandings of the individual
behaviour in terms of social welfare. This is an inclusive of better approach of a society in terms

of creating welfare activities and engaging abilities of an individual towards development of
society.
Analysis
From the analysis of the experience which I gained being in the process of development
and insights, it can be said that there were several principles on the basis of which various
standards of activities being produced in a healthcare industry was being involved. Through the
analysis, it can be said that, there were several relative concepts on the basis of which better
engagement with individuals in the society was being engaged and better development of
opportunities can be ensured (Souza Akahosi Fernandes and et. al., 2020).
Conclusion
Through the analysis of above reflective analysis, it can be said that there were several
positive as well as negative impact being caused for the process of social and well-being in
healthcare sector. Furthermore, it can be said that following principle of social care there are
several instance which relates to better engagement with social welfare and equality in the
society.
Action plan
In the analysis of the situation there would be several instance which will be taken care
off while being engaged in the similar coursework in future. Being engaged in the process I will
take key considerations to social and well-being policies. In addition to this, I will take effective
initiatives to develop effective standards of working and will thus contribute towards personal as
well as professional development (Hogan, 2020).
Conclusion
From the analysis of the given reflective report, it can be concluded that, principles of
care plays a vital contribution in health and social care. In addition to this, it can be said that,
there are several instances on the basis of which an individual can ensure effective working on
principles of social care and ensure better approach in the life ahead.
