authorised way. There are many organisation are related to work in IT sector and make some

growth of organisation (d’Arma and et.al., 2021). This easy is related to make clearer concept
for social cognitive theory and provide some major thought on the concept of human
behaviour. The easy include the case study of Grand UK Holidays which is a tour operating
company. Now they wants to work and provide relevant training session for providing
effective approaches to new and old employees of the company. All of these include with the
study of cognitive theory which provide a realistic growth of human behaviour.
Main Body
Social cognitive theory is also known as social learning theory and propounded by
Albert Bandura in 1960s. This theory is helpful in managing and growing the need to work
and examine the factors and maintain the behaviour for major consideration aspect. This
theory is basically related to three main factors which are; personal, environmental and
behavioural concept to analyse the major changes to work and analyse effective changes.
This theory is the sum of emotion and cognition to make different and impactful activities for
analysing their working capabilities to work and manage the activities (Dinulescu and et.al.,
2021). Bandura make three major models which are related to their own growth to work and
make an effective change to demonstrate the behaviour of the company in different manner.
