1. Introduction
Unethical behavioral practices in the global educational sector, have become an important
concern in the current society (Roberts, 2015). Unethical behavior interaction of the teachers, has
created various challenges for the students in educational sector. In some of the cases teachers
flaunt their mean behavioral characteristics as well as aggressive nature, which impacts
negatively on students mind. The aim of the research paper is to highlight the case study where
the principal at Wyndham Vale School stood down after appealing clip. A disturbing clip of the
principal, of the School has got viral in which the principle was dragging a young boy through a
playground, which has made the shocking situation for Melbourne School community. After
uploading the video on social media platforms within a single night the video of the principal has
got viral. After this situation the principal has claimed that the boy has kicked a pregnant teacher
in herc stomach. However, investigating on the particular incident, different opinion from the
parents group have got collected, which has created a conflicting situation in the school.
Critically analyzing the case scenario in this study different theoretical aspects have been linked
up with the research rationale. It has highlighted the legislative framework for considering the
specific need of situation. The purpose of this study is to ensure the engagement of students and
understanding there responsive as well as measuring ability while analyzing a case scenario.
2. Findings
2.1 Theories to be used including link to rationale
In current scenario increasing numbers of scandals in in both the corporate and public
sector it can be said that motivating the individuals’ ethical behavior has become necessary for
shaping the characteristics of individuals (Bilimoria, Chung & Hedges, 2018). In the former

behavioral perspective of the people. In terms of motivating the human characteristics, Maslow
motivational theory can play a significant role. Addressing the basic needs such as psychological
needs, safety needs, social needs, self-esteem needs and self-actualization needs. In terms of
driving the ethical decision making ability of individuals, behaviorism theory can significantly
help to interact with the environmental situation (Fletcher, 2016). This theoretical application can
significantly shape the action as well as values of individuals.
Analyzing the motivational resources for driving the ethical decision making process it
can be saved that following the principles of motivation expectation for violation as well as own
ethical quotes create conflicting situation in the mind of a person (Pigeot et al., 2019).
Developing the strong inter relationship between noncompliance and disciplinary approach of a
person individual behavior towards adopting the ethical approaches are being highlighted.
It is true that the concept of value, behavior and attitudes are being considered as a
fundamental components which are needed for understanding the motivational process of a
person (Schneider, 2015). This variables are being considered as a common variable that
significantly influence the mental position as well as behavioral perspective of a person. In order
to analyze the psychological perspectives of individuals, humanism theory plays the significant
role (Good et al., 2017). Analyzing the case scenario, it has been identified that higher level of
stress as well as maximizing the wellbeing, this theoretical implication can ensure the good
human behavior that can significantly improves the individual’s self-image as well as self-
actualization process. In order to formulate the ecological system theory the American
psychologist has introduced the Bronfenbrenner introduced this theory in which it has been

teacher has got influenced when the young boy has kicked the pregnant lady. This situation can
be inked with the humanism theory, where the psychological perspective of the teacher has got
identified.
Investigating the video it can be saved that adopting the motivational approaches for
adopting the ethical decision making ability can significantly link with the case scenario. It can
also be saved that the fundamental components can also help to measure the behavioral
characteristics of the characters mentioned in the case scenario.
In response to the above case scenario it can be said that linking up the situation with the
theoretical aspects of behavior theory can successfully explain the human behavior by analyzing
the consequences' which are present in the individuals environment. By continuing this it can
also be said that associate in the learning process with previous experiences successful
implementation of behavioral theory cannot only help to learn the independent activities of mind
but also it can help to analyze new behavior based environmental conditions.
2.2 Familial culture & ethical consideration
It can be assumed that by adopting the motivational approach developing the ethical
behavior can justify with the rationally of the study as here it can focus on measuring the ability
of students for responding particular case (Schneider, 2015). Ethical and social consideration are
being considered as the vital aspects of psychology that help to conduct the psychiatric diagnose

for understanding the cultural values as well as morale. Based on the assumption of people
reaction against a particular situation the cultural as well as ethical values of individuals are
being analyzed. Analyzing the case study it has been identified that valuing the community as
well as showing respect towards others culture can effectively ensure the save and standard
environment in in every educational sector (Bilimoria, Chung & Hedges, 2018). In response to
the case scenario it has been identified that the conflicting situation based on the behavior of the
teacher towards the student has got influenced. Due to the worst outcome for not following the
ethical regulation can not only impact on the operational practices but also it can create negative
impact on the child. In response to the study it can also be said that based on the dimension of
social wellbeing as well as respectful relationship between fundamental rights of human and
ethical behavior it can be say that cultural perspective of a person can significantly impacts on
increasing the ethical awareness.
Analyzing the behavioral issue identified in the case study it can be said that due to lack
of understanding regarding the improper action of the opposite person as well as improper
understanding of emotional needs have aroused the ethical concern in the school (Pigeot et al.,
2019). It is also true that the conflicting situation has got around as in this case rather than
following their negotiate approach in both the cases aggressive actions have been shown against
each other.
