INTRODUCTION
It is quite important for a person to prepare themselves for better success, for which
they may take varied approaches and techniques into their considerations. The current study
will explain contribution of mini project workshop in regard to development of social and
ethical awareness and responsibility. Furthermore, it will justify 12 topics in form of
appendix.
ANSWER TO QUESTION
How and why have project workshop activities developed social & ethical awareness and
accountability
It is quite important for an individual person to develop better awareness and
understanding related to social and ethical concepts. I want to describe that why and how
current project workshop, which encompasses varied activities contribute in development of
my social as well as ethical awareness & accountability (Dyson, Howley and Shen, 2020).
For example, team work is one of those activities that help to make me aware about social
accountability and awareness, in term of making me capable to make an effective
contribution in aim achievements of other people such as group members who are working
with me and will continue it in the future. It generates awareness among myself about
supporting other at same workplace, which in return give a lot advantages. While performing
in a team, it is my accountability to support other people. It is allowing me to conduct ethical
practice in term of providing appropriate directions regarding work. Just like above, this mini
workshop consists more social and ethical awareness attributes that enable be to understand
good and bad practices.
Through this mini project workshop, I learn enough that effectively help me to obtain
in the future career growth opportunities. It can be said that development of social elements
may help a person to grow and enable to get more benefits. So as to me I have taken
advantage of it, in term of improving my communication practice with other and build
trustworthy relationship while performing in a team. It supports me to interact with other
people in ethical manner, by communicating with them and understanding what they said to
me. With the help of mini project workshop, I have developed knowledge about social and
ethical accountability and awareness in term of comprehending differences between good and
bad practices that has been conducted by many people, within personal and professional life.
