Social and ethical awareness responsibility is comprise about business perspective which
allows regulation to abide rules or norms where business are tend to consider ethical. Social
responsibility which individual action of an benefit for effective balance between economic
growth better environment. In this following report there is topic on workshop project and
development through social and ethical awareness commence responsibilities and effective
student traits for career perspective

1. How and why have the project workshop activities developed social and ethical awareness and
responsibilities?
The project workshop is related with ethical and social issues which opted to relate with
employability where the Social responsibility is an ethical theory individual are
accountable for fulfilling their civic duty and reaction towards effective action of an
individual must having benefit. As benefit the whole about society where in the way of
accomplishing objectives, the purpose of social responsibility towards my career
development which is better develop built on a system within ethics. Through which it
helps to create effective decision making and having action undertakes for effective
fulfilment. For moral values are concerned to attain action taken which causes harm to
society or the environment as it consider to socially. In perspective of business ethics is
refers about contemporary where organisational standard, principles set of values and
norms through which business get to govern individual organisation. For my project
concerned it can developed social and ethical awareness through different perspective such
as Job creation, skill development, small enterprise developing and better infrastructure
development for example water supply towards different communities. The CSR means
Corporate Social Responsibilities is form of handouts which its sustainable to get avoided
and CSR involved different type of skills.
Some of strategies which I opted for CSR requirement as it is investment on project to
can be beneficial towards all stakeholder. Some how to consider different CSR
requirement project which enhance to reflect about sustainable. There are ethical

awareness for handling project management, where in this world project management
ethics plays an important role within day to day interaction and behaviour. Through Ethics
enables stakeholder employees, vendor and taxpayers to sleep at night knowing project
management professional enhance high standard when they tries to act behalf of execute
employees.
 It evaluates about the profession and raises future standards.
 It improves business relationship at all level.
 Better promotes fair decision making.
 Enhance some project risk like investment, financial and others.
 It reduce the anxiety and strees which is apparently negative factor for project.
The PMI codes of ethics: Through responsibilities, respect, and fairness are the demonstrate
values that drive ethical conduct about the project management. There are certain codes which
reflect code for ethics PMI:
 It means about PMP having responsibility to hold themselves towards accountable for
their own successful or failed decisions and actions as well as repercussions.

having regard to cooperation and having enough confidence to better diversity.

There is some traits of become successful student in academic life:

because it is physically impossible.
 Divide it up: by dividing the work is the main issues to generate proper management
system for enhance positive outcomes.
 Sleep: To not underestimate about importance for those eight hours where getting good

 Having discipline: As an effective student enhance their work on the basis of discipline
manner which is one of positive side to encourage and motive their dreams to being
