INTRODUCTION
This particular proposal consists of the themes that are followed by a London based
secondary schools in order to eradicate the issues arising due to not paying much attention to the
required things. The main task of the report thus prepared is to identify what are the reasons
behind higher performance of other schools in the similar areas of operation. What could be the
focusing areas for the institutions for getting hold of many learners with the help of connectivity.
It has been evaluated how the schools can adopt various measures that could help in spreading
social values among the aspirants that can stimulate them to enhance their knowledge power by
assisting them in every aspect. Further, it is even mentioned that how diversity in optimizing
digital devices can help the schools to attract and stimulate more learners.
Points of consideration of diversity to be adopted by the schools in order to impact learners:
As the one of the themes suggested, in the educational institutions there is a need of
motivation and stimulation to increase the rate of their learning growth. To increase the
demographics in relation to diversity and its aspects, there should be an understanding of new
and creative activities in which the students should be engaged to divert their minds from their
busy schedules (Guðjónsdóttir. and Óskarsdóttir. 2020). In education and the learning process,
there should be unity in diversity for all the students, irrespective of their income and
expenditure levels. This can take place by the adoption of advanced technological levels along
with digital sessions about foreign knowledge and culture to enhance their overall expertise.
Cultural diversity in the classrooms is increasing day by day and its adoption is recommendable
because of its relation to future trends in future learning. It is very essential for the schools to
inculcate in the students to feel wanted and being heard, for which it is considered to be the most
important aspect of diversity in general. It is even noticed that discrimination among students
such as their gender, colour, religion is not compatible with the good diversity etiquettes. When
it comes to impact someone or the students, it is important to analyse their area of knowledge
and interest in which they want to foster. In that way, the concerned educational institution will
be able to enhance their area of success and will also enjoy the benefit of greater sense of
security.
To foster the development of educational institutions, there should be positive
environment regarding the learning areas in order to lead students to greater awareness and

understanding about the subject matter. This gives an opportunity to the students to identify their
own potential of learning and inculcating these into their day to day lives. To carry out such
activities either by the means of offline or through digital means. This requires proper
introduction with the students, their preferences, and habits, etc. Since they are the ones from
whom integrity of the premises can be established, it is their right to learn efficiently with all the
resources available (Cui. and et.al., 2019). The most significant diversity is to acknowledge and
respect each and every cultural background from where the students belong to. This criteria
promotes the idea of celebrating presence and existence of the students involved in the
educational institution according to their comfort zone. Whatever is taught to the students can
bring diverse reactions in their personal as well as professional lives, therefore the point of
concern is to give students freedom tom explore new things, topics, etc. and study their
behaviour as to how did they react to the sessions they attended and were the topics included
beneficial for them or not.
In the modern times, it is also important to improve the communication skills of the
students as it will be the most important criteria in evaluating success. Through the modification
of campus rules and educational policies, there should be an advanced set up for enhancing the
diversity of opportunities in the area of communicating not only within the territory, but also
across it (Wilt. Hirano. and Morningstar. 2021). This is important because, in the times of
globalization, culturally diversified generation is required to evaluate their areas of interest and
communication skills are always appreciated in whichever field of technology it is. It prepares
the students to become proper specialists of their area of interest and contributes in their overall
physical as well as mental growth. Nowadays, according to the future trends, the educational
institutions should pay attention to the grooming sessions of the students in order to increase
their standards of living. This can benefit them in improving their self-confidence levels,
intellectual enhancement, etc. to further face the upcoming situations. In terms of future
development of the students, guardians associated with them always wants a premise full of
opportunities and growth along with the affordability of the institution (Fuentes. Zelaya. and
Madsen. 2021). All these factors greatly impact the overall development of both students and
their teachers and the whole process of human learning.
After implementing the above ideas and values to retain the students, the performance
levels should be evaluated. It is because these will give more ideas about the fostering diversity

transformed into reality in order to increase the satisfied demographics of students. In order to

wider range of technologies and innovational ideas to accelerate global interactions. There are
various schools and institutions to learn about how to from an environment that exposes students
to flourished atmosphere of learning.
Diversity and equality play along with each other in promoting differences created by the
society in relation to the educational sector. It should be treated as the right of everyone to
acquire education and all its aspects. The motto of all students are equal should be promoted in
order to provide students to put up their thoughts about the matter. Positivity in formal as well as
informal relationships should be practised so that there could be built a sense of belongingness

growth are some measures that should be taken into account for gaining advantage of the

Recommendation on implementation of new diversity and inclusion agenda in schools:
 It is recommended to schools to create learning journeys in a personalised way for its
learners through digital learning. For this it should understand what are the competencies,
needs, attitude and confidence level of each of its students for ensuring better quality of
learning experiences for its students.
 Further it should be ensured that the educational setting is able to make sure that the
students are connected with the pattern of collaborative learning. Even in digital learning
the tutors of the schools should try their best to encourage the social interactions with the

students. It is proven fact that more social interaction results in better understanding by
students. Also, an interactive session ensures that all the learners are included and get
benefited from it.
 Game based learning and virtual reality are two components that are used in digital
learning. Utilization of such methodologies in teaching is recommended to the schools
with the capabilities to invest huge capital. Using such technologies will help the schools
to mitigate the major limits associated with online learning that are lack of interest,
inability of tutors to create interactive sessions. With these schools can ensure that the
students pay constant attention to their learning and the results of which will reflect in
their academic performances.
 Furthermore, the learning institutes are suggested to use more bringing data for making

Considerations challenging assumptions about winner & losers in the learning game
Challenge assumptions are the collection of thoughts that forms strategy by an individual
to accomplish specific task in this case the task winning a game. The strategies that are used for
winning a game are different for losers and winners. The way of thinking is different in winners
and in losers, to determine whether the gamming strategy is that of a winner of a looser it is
important to challenge the assumptions that are used in forming such strategy. The assumptions
that are involved in strategy of a winner are that game is played to accomplishing things and not
just for gaining of experiences on the other the losers tend to think opposite while forming their
game strategy (Conte and Lukonaitiene, 2018). A winner has mind -set that assumes that failure
is something that is personal but it is definitely not an event one should be ashamed of. This is
main reason behind them losing the feeling that scares an individual of losing game. When an
individual is free from the fear of facing the consequences of losing a game their potential to win
increases. The intentions of winners behind creation of gamming strategy is always positive
which means they focus only on giving their best while a loser tries to let the other participants
down in order to win.
CONCLUSION
In the end, it is now concluded that the learning outcomes and tasks identified, helped in the
evaluation of different points of diversity and its aspects that could benefit the role of
integrity in the learning process. There were various approaches that could be optimized in
order to enhance the overall productivity rates of both the schools and educational
institutions. The need of diversity has been determined in the report as usual of the
understanding that evaluates the need of student motivation. If they will get the
opportunities of growth and related aspects, it will help in the prosperity of the nation in the
process of globalisation. Further, it was highlighted that it is important to maintain the
digital equity in terms of living standards and other aspects of the student.
