How my social institute has impact my Identity
It is always aforesaid that phase of college life is every essential part of a persons life as it
helps in acquiring more autarkic life. If I talk about myself college life has granted me freedom,
enhance my personality and deliver a laughing path for my upcoming life. I have left my institute
a year back but still I admire what I have learnt throughout this fantastic experience. I have the
opportunity to be a part of University of Oxford (Anderson, 2019) where I was during my
management course as I was always keen to learn about marketing. I have some how tired to
demonstrate all experience through Gibbs Reflective Cycle.
Gibbs Reflective Cycle: This cycle boost individuals to think systematically about their
experiencing which they experience during a parturition (George, 2019). It is comprises of six
stages which are mention underneath:
Description: I had just passed out my school and I was very enthusiastic to join this
university. During my first semester I was allotted a project with a team and we are require to
display a presentation individually. We were given enough time to complete that project. We all
planned that we will prepare our work and they present that among us. Foe that we all gathered
in our conference room.
Feelings: I was very existed before that but sooner I realise that me and my team
members need to put more efforts and to enhance our communication skills as we are not
effectively delivering our matter. We all get disappointed but now I realise that, that situation
has completely transformed me.
Evaluation: I was the team leader and cannot afford to loose my control on that
particular time. The good part was that we all were ready to aspect are mistakes and to work on
them. I form a strategy that we all will peak in front of mirror as well as, we will participate more
in debates.
Analysis: All my teammates are ready to work according to my strategy. This situation
has made me realise that how good I am in taking decisions so quickly and this also thought me
how to work in teams as well.

Conclusion: This situation has thought me, that I should work more on my
communication as well as it has also assist me in building my leadership quality. I realise that
for I have to pull-up my shocks and start working as soon as possible because in next semester I
have to sit foe my internship interviews.
Action Plan: For my communication, that time I joined some online classes along with
that I had participated more in debate activities, which has helped me in my modification.
CONCLUSION
From the above situation which I have mentioned above I have concluded that we all
should kept our doors opens and ready to welcome our weaknesses as I have worked on my
communication which has helped me to get Good Speaker of the year and it has also thought me
that how important is to coordinate your team and enhances my leadership quality. I must say
that now I complete become a new version of myself.
