Social Justice is the perspective of everyone that they deserve on equal economic basis,
political and social right along with opportunities, the social worker is having benefits to access
to door to door opportunity driven to every one. The importance of social justice mainly
promotes fairness and equity across many aspects of society. For example: it promotes and
having equal economic, educational along with proper workplace opportunities (Chalofsky.,
2019). This is also important to provide security and safety individuals and communities. For
example: As I have one situation which happen in United kingdom where some of multinational
companies are not proper execute pay structure. In workplace Men workforce are get more pay
wage than women. The assumption which people have that women are less efficient than men.
For this women workforce need to face discrimination from which every business must have
equal wage structure as well as there should not be discrimination factor. Another example
which individual aspect that poverty people are highly disengaged from society and middle and
upper class people are not ready to accept their existence. This is the reason why the poverty is
not getting all opportunities within proper manner.
Anti Oppressive practise: It is measure to identify about strategies which better construct power
in way that will addresses systematic inequalities that are operating compliance manner through
individually, group and effective institutional level as opposed to producing not reproducing
oppression (Williams, Woolliams and Spiro., 2020). The Anti oppressive practise is about better
working with enhance proper service and also it include proper facilitating along with proper
user ed and better controlled professional relationship. It helps to build for better develop own

ideas and better level of involvement within effective manner. Social Justice assign within right
and duties in the institution towards society which enables enable to make better society changes
along with receive basis benefits and burden of corporation.
Some of the benefit which highlight about social justice are:
 It ensures everyone get adequate healthcare: The importance of good health can’t be over
seat. It is having matter about better life and health.
 It protect people with disabilities: Disability right have been ignore and neglected through
many years but with social justice with having no rise of people are finally getting proper
voice. There are many other organisation where disabled people get employed like in
Hospitality industry.
