Briefly, describe what social responsibility means to you personally.
The social responsibility has been defined considering the important set of behaviour as well
as patterns that has encapsulated by defining the actions sustained for providing the societal
benefits. Thus, the respective individuals are pertaining efforts for attempting the approaches
that are active or generally proactive considering the social responsibility. It has been
assessed that the proactive approaches regarding the social responsibility has been
determined as an easiest method for following the instances in order to avoid entire activities,
which can affect adversely within the society. These formulations has also included the
aspects of no smoking and also not littering along with driving carefully that has became
quite sensible individuals who are members within the society. As per the justification of an
educator, my opinion has intruded that proper believe and changes will entail from the
corresponding sides through judging the optimistic alteration within the effective mind as
well as actions regarding the students that influenced the younger generations (Michalski,
2013). Thus for pertaining or creating socially responsible, the students have to empower
proper focus for motivating the actions in order to ascertain all the advantages from the
respective society through maintaining feasibility by adhering courteous as well as rational
behaviours.

In accordance to the viewpoint, it can be identified that the business operations ascertained by
following law are considered not to be socially responsible. This is because of the fact that
the business has paid their workers not a minimum wage but eventually it is further socially
responsible when the lower skilled implies are emphasized with higher wages than quite
lower wages. This is considered to be the act of pertaining responsibility by social means. As
per the consequences adhered within the present scenario, the chief perspectives aimed by the
respective organization has entailed the factors through which earning profit has been
facilitated. However, on the contrary, the profit that has been encapsulated are generated
through the benefits achieved from the society accumulating the social responsibility and
their acts. As per the example of McDonalds, it can be said that the raise in overall wages
regarding the employees has developed to 10 Dollar per hour and considering this, the prices

of the products has been increased. This will result in stopping the individuals for pertaining
food, along with losing or ending up the money achieved in addition to not considering the
situation as socially responsible.

the demand of the customer for the respective business entity. It can be easily cited from the
determination that the management measuring the value has entailed sustainable approaches
within the organization Wal-Mart. Thus, the organization has focussed to implant the
sustainable environment so as to focus upon the waste which is zero and also preserving the
energy. These are considered as the initiatives controlling the benefits top the companies has
created certain values through engulfing the responsibility for ensuring reduced effects within
the global warming through enabling the society much more viable (Lawrence, et al., 2014).

It is quite important to address questions for analyzing the effective needs for maintaining the
balance regarding the aspects of the stakeholders of the firm through incorporating the
actions by sustaining the decisions accompanying the authentication. The other importance
regarding the question has sustained that the profits that have to be place in front of the
stakeholders. The next question will enable the ideas that can be required for addressing the
voices concerning the stakeholders have been addressed through the management for
pertaining essentialities in balancing the overall interest of the respective stakeholders. The
final or the fourth questions has empowered that the requirements has also addressed the

within the workplace as there persists a continuous threat for misusing the intervention by
