person from real life which create produces issues to face real problems. In addition to this, it
loses its many opportunities of its life due to higher addiction level of social media sites in the
community (Aral, Dellarocas and Godes, 2013). On the other side, social media applications
provide many opportunities for growth of carrier. For example, link din social application offers
plenty of possibilities to make better life better (Tess, 2013). As per above discussion, it is
evaluated that continuous use of social media website create negative impact on physical and
mental efficiency and performance of person which can be dangerous for people in the society.
According to Piller, Vossen and Ihl (2012), people reduces learning and research
capabilities of people due to excessive use of social media sites. In addition to this, it creates
negative impact on professional and personal life of person (Piller, Vossen and Ihl, 2012). As
per Kim and Ko, (2012), person who is involved in activities on social media sites while
studying outcomes in reduction in their focus of attention. Due to this reasons, individual
decreases their academic performance as well as concentration to study well (Kim and Ko,
2012). As per my views, people can use social media for gaining some useful things which can
aid people to improve their efficiency personal and professional life.
Toubia and Stephen (2013), excessive use of social media reduce time of socializing and
contact with others which results in reduction of communication skills of individuals. Due to this
reason, people hesitates to interact which create issues during interviews and debates and it
reduces confidence level of them (Toubia and Stephen, 2013). According to Kramer, Guillory,
and Hancock (2014), it decreases career opportunities of individuals due to higher addiction of
people. In addition to this, regular use of social media application also reduces writing skills of
person because individual often write wrong word or sentence which creates negative impact on
them (Kramer, Guillory, and Hancock, 2014). As result, it produce adverse impact on the
professional life of people.
