It examines the role of fake news in amplifying these negative emotions and the speed with which misinformation spreads. The report highlights that humans are more responsible for spreading false information than automated processes and emphasizes the difference between 'speaking your mind' and 'posting your mind,' with the latter often leading to the rapid spread of anger. Topic: Using social media to express promote or spread anger and hatred
False news is more narrative in comparison of true news, and this is being done due to
sharing false information in faster way in wide range. It is required by true news to be met with
delight, expectation and faith. I have chosen the topic of “Using social media to express promote
or spread anger and hatred” because, Humans are more responsible to spread fake news all over
the world in comparison of automated processes. “Speak your mind” and “post your mind” are
different thing and different emotions major anger spread across social networks in more
effective manner in comparison of emotions like joy. Technology has taken place in daily lives
of many people in which they use social media to get updated about what is going on tier
surrounding (Swist, Collin, McCormack & Third, 2015). I have seen that the use of Facebook is
expanded day by day and it has been investigated that over one billion Facebook status updated
from million users, and used a word in order o verify the system to decide whether the posts
entailed negatively or positively words (The Conversation, 2017).
It has been investigated that around 123,000 fake stories are being entertained by large
number of people to show their anger and for entertainment in which more than 3 million people
are involved in it. This shows the involvement of people in 2016 presidential election in which
the involvement from US intelligence agencies and the major prosecutor Robert Mueller are
found (Chadwick, 2019). People are free to express their anger to someone who put negative
affect all over the world and can be cause of major conflicts within the country. The major
challenges are high level of reliance over social networks by most of people all over world, make
misconception, take huge form of disputes and free to express emotions against anyone. These
challenges can be caused of number of conflicts around the world.

The news on social media affects elections and referendums as it facilitates fake news to
convert into communal violence in quick manner through hate speech. The government
responses on free-speech grounds are more troubled for people, like week-long ban for Sri-lank
on social media which can be referred as “digital curfew” (Fisher& Taub, 2018). People are
focused on spreading the fake news instead of rumours. There is an illustration one of the hugely
used phrases all the way through the 2016 US presidential election, in 2017; fake news was
named under Collin’s dictionary that is going strong day by day. It has been found that people
use social media to show anger which spread angriness around the world. I have found through
article that Reddit is a well known news aggregator that shows the vote regarding which stories
to entertain to the front page. Due to this activity, the section of the politics of the site had turned
out to be dominated by Bernie Sanders supporters. As consequences, if one has trusted over
Reddit for political news, he can see stories that appreciated Sanders and condemned Clinton
along with the Republican Candidates:

It can be concluded from above discussion that social media has become the medium for
people to show their emotions such as anger and hatred to other people for the purpose of letting
them down. It has been found that technology has become necessary aspect for many lives and it
is necessary to make them aware about the criticised factor from which they can get influenced.
Facebook and Twitter are major two social platforms on which million people are active who
spread fake news and put negative posts over them. There should be proper campaign developed
by government in order to people aware regarding the consequences of fake news which can
become the threat to all democracies health. It has been shown by rising collection of studies that
the problems are established in the form of the qualitatively and quantitatively, not only the
problem related to the digital demonstration of the pallid press of old.
