research by the researcher can be differentiated into and these are discussed as follows:

is research approach which is used while analysing. The research approach is differentiated in
two types: inductive and deductive. In the inductive approach, process is defined as it relies on
the innovative theory or ideas while in deductive, process is defined and considered to be testing
theory. In this research, the researcher can make use of the deductive theory because it can help
in investigating to analyse the impact of social media for maximising the consumer purchasing in
the company.
Research strategy: In the research strategy, it should be considered as a plan that is being
implemented step by step and it helps in providing a well way for management of the whole
research systematically and more properly (Luo, Zhang and Liu, 2015). Qualitative strategy and
quantitative strategy are two types of processes which are conducted in research strategy. In this
process, the researcher has to make use of the qualitative strategy because by executing this, the
