I gained my knowledge with respect to the progressing of the internet in the existing time. It
is developed as an imperative technique in the business sector. From the literature review
section, it is observed that several techniques and tools are utilized by the most of MNC
(multinational company) to converse with their targeted investors and depositors for
endorsing their business to attain the feasible outcome (Melanthiou, Pavlou, and
Constantinou, 2015). I learned that social media provides a good chance to the organization
to successfully attain their targeted customers and create an interpersonal relationship with
them (Ahearne, Lam, and Kraus, 2014).
2. Explain how this learning process will be useful to you
For appropriately leading the consumers and directly conversation with them, organization
could increase their understanding of various sources of social media such as Instagram,
Facebook, Twitter and YouTube which was discussed in this study. This learning also
provides accurate direction to obtain the reliable result with respect to the research matter. I
would employ a fresh and new concept to successfully practice the social media. I got
knowledge of several components which could influence the development of the business.
Moreover, I have also analyzed that purchasing any product and amenities based on the
endorsement. Further, making of a good relation with targeted customers, organization could
use social media and increase the brand image in the makretplace (Aral, Dellarocas, and
Godes, 2013).
It is evaluated that endorsement method could guide the organization to attain their good
position in the market in minimum cost and time. In addition, I have also assessed that this
business research is prominent for developing the knowledge towards ways that facilitate the
company to promote their goods and amenities in the allocated cost and time at the
marketplace. Furthermore, in the creation of a relationship between brand awareness and

brand reaction, a model of brand equity is very essential (Broughton, Foley, Ledermaier, &
Cox, 2013).
3. Describe objectively what happened in the learning process
There are several sources which help me to gain the understanding about the responsibility of
social media in the business performance such as journals, authentic websites, articles, annual
report, and books. I have utilized these sources for accumulating the trustworthy information
related to research concern. I gained an understanding of the impact of social media in the
business performance (Chua & Banerjee, 2013). Consequently, I have also analyzed that this
knowledge would help me to develop my professional skills. Furthermore, I have learned
about the hurdles which are confronted by the MNC (multinational company).
4. Evaluate what you learn
This research facilitates to promote the research skills of mine as it was possible by making
the reesarch proposal. I enhance my knowledge related to many techniques and tools of the
research study from the assignment 1st and 2nd that would be helpful for me to perform the
research in the upcoming days. In addition, I improved my comprehension with respect to
research design and methodology. I also comprehended about various methods in the
research design such as approaches of research, data gathering techniques, and philosophies
of research which could be crucial for accumulating the relevant data related to research
concern (Habibi, Laroche, and Richard, 2014).
5. Explain your learning process
I analyzed that I can complete any act of research in the study in least time as it would be
effective for upcoming research. I also observed that mixed research design could be essential
for attaining an accurate conclusion. I got comprehension about dependent variable and
independent variable which could support to obtain a valid and consistent outcome. As a
result, it directs me for depth analysis of the research matter and gets the appropriate

research design is significant for obtaining conceptual data. Beside this, I have also evaluated
that qualitative data is collected by views and beliefs of the authors about the research
concern (Jussila, Kärkkäinen, and Aramo-Immonen, 2014).
I also observed that two types of methods are entailed in the research methodology section
that could guide to enhance the knowledge about the study named primary data collection
method and secondary data collection method. It would also be important for achieving the
relevant data. I got knowledge regarding techniques of data analysis in this research study
(Lewis, 2015). In addition, I also analyzed that both data gathering methods like primary and
secondary data gathering tools are prominent for the accomplishment of objectives and aim
of the research study.
It is also evaluated that consistent and valid data related to research matter could be attained
by the secondary data gathering tool as it considered many sources like academic journals,
authentic websites, books, and articles. This learning is effective for getting a reliable result.
It aids to practice many tools for the accomplishment the organizational task in limited time.
In last, it also supports to increase the understanding about the research limitation that is
effective for getting a feasible result (Leeflang, et al., 2014).

This study supports to comprehend the research timeline that assists to evaluate the
timeframe for the accomplishment of research activity. Moreover, it is illustrated that the
Gantt chart is imperative to demonstrate the information of the research activity in a
systematic way. This learning was imperative to enhance my persona as well as professional
skills in an appropriate way (Leonardi, Huysman, and Steinfield, 2013).
