This research study has deeply evaluating advantages and disadvantages of using social
media to develop networks in business. I read many books to make research objectives
effectively. The social media plays a vital role in the current business era by making a
healthy competitive atmosphere in the working place. The social media aids to the
organization for making networks in less investment and expanding their business in
marketplace. Thus, it is founded that this study has been vital for current as well as future
business. The research questions are relied on what we will cover in the upcoming period
(Griffiths, Kuss, and Demetrovics, 2014). Moreover, the researcher could take the approval
of their mentor before writing topic approval submission.

The search procedure is an effective tool for examining methods that will consider by the
researcher to meet their particular research aim and objective in an effective manner. The
search procedure is a method that enables the investigator to discover any new things from
the available sources (Pantic, 2014). I deeply evaluated the research articles for concluding
the articles and address away by which the research objective will be met. I made an outline
of the literature in which I considered many points that will be covered by me in the study to
complete the literature review act. It will also support to accomplish the research aim. I read
many peer review articles before writing the literature review, as it will be supported to get
higher advantages. This process will be imperative for increasing data accuracy and getting a
reliable outcome (Hajli, 2014).

Research methodology – discussions about methods, sampling, questionnaire, data
analysis, and interpretation
I gained my understanding about many factors that might affect the quality of study. I
comprehended the research methodology section that supported to investigator to identify the
research methods that will be entailed in the study. I deeply evaluated two kinds of methods
named as a qualitative and quantitative method. In this, I learned that the qualitative method
considered for getting the conceptual data while another method is entailed to get the
numerical information towards the study. I understood that the primary data collection
method is quite complicated as well as expensive as compared to the secondary data
collection method.
Further, I gained my knowledge towards probability as well as non-probability sampling tool
that supported to get the data in the context of the research matter. The probability-sampling
tool is effective to randomly select the research candidates for conducting the study while
non-probability is used to select the participants on behalf of different elements that could be
associated with age, gender, and experience. It could be effective to be effective in the
attainment of their research objectives (Dijkmans, Kerkhof, and Beukeboom, 2015).
Further, I improved my understanding of the questionnaire design that facilitates to the
investigator for the attainment of the organizational task. I observed that data analysis is an
effective technique to examine the collected data and make a decision with respect to the
research matter. The statistical and non-statistical method has been used by the researcher to
evaluate their factual as well as conceptual data in the context of the current matter (De
Zúñiga, Copelandand Bimber, 2014). Further, for interpreting data, I gained my
understanding of many statistical as well as software to interoperate the data and reach, as it
would be effective to reach the targeted conclusion.

Distilling the findings from the data
I understood an investigator has comprehended many sources to make the decision
effectively. In this, I gained my depth know towards the content analysis method and
literature review method that is generally practiced by the investigator to examine collected
data and make a decision in favor of the research issue. The literature review is the best way
to support facts and meet the research aim (Donelan, 2016). I understood that the findings
are the imperative part of the study enhance the researcher has focused on this part of the
study to operate the research acts effectively.
Writing up the Project Report
I understood different methods that are related to meet the research aim and objectives in the
least time and cost. The project writing is an essential part as increase the possibilities of
failure of the study (Saxton and Wang, 2014). I gained my depth understanding of research
report writing that will lead to getting higher marks in the examination. There are certain
factors that are considered by the researcher that is considered in writing a quality report like
less plagiarized, lack of data manipulation, less grammatical mistake, and lack of data
manipulation (Boulianne, 2015). It could be imperative in increasing the quality of the
project. I also considered many sources named as Google, blogs, articles, and YouTube and
comprehended the ways by which I can be capable for providing the quality-writing project.
Reflecting on the research experience, insights gained, teamwork
I understood that teamwork is an essential part of any group as it facilitates the researcher to
being a part of the study. I gained my knowledge about how much teamwork could contribute
to the success of the team. I understood that I understood the positive consequence of the
teamwork. I attended many classes to know I was capable or not to work in the team.
Through this, I improved my perception about the teamwork that was a good experience for
me. I met to my supervisor and comprehend which skills we are needed to improved and
