Working as a manager is one of the best experiences that encountered by many people
who operate in different working environments. Moreover, being a new product manager for
CHI-BA that is a well-known for producing gaming console products , our main objective has
been to satisfy the needs of all the customers. Moreover, Issues pertaining technical know-how
on how various parameters are handled to come up with the desired product of choice has been a
game changer in this industry (Rishika et al. 2013). Expansion of the whole business to the next
level has been one of our major objectives. Additionally, the idea of coming up with quality
product with installed trackers has made our products to be unique in the market. Good service is
always the core of every business (Aral, Dellarocas and Godes 2013). On the other hand, another
invention that we have made is to come up with soft and comfortable joysticks for the gaming
consoles. People tend to love gaming consoles that gives them easy time and comfort when
gaming (Lamberton and Stephen 2016). The product is totally unique and different from other
products of the same nature that are present in the market. Also, it comes with its screen where
the games are being displayed with quite some options to be picked. Aforementioned, the main
customers that we are targeting are the youths since according to our research that we carried
earlier on; we found out that a good number of them were interested in owning gaming consoles.
Most of the consoles strictly operate under a serious code of ethics to avoid any form of misuse.
Any business that is concerned with addressing its objectives and dealing with the loop holes at
an early stage, most so during the product production stage, is capable of succeeding within a
short period (Godey et al. 2016).
