The report outline intends to investigate the effective modes of digital communication
strategy. This is to be under within the business of a retail organization at Australia.

To understand the scenario, a retail organization in Australia is chosen. It has longer hours of
sales with retail specialty chains. It has more self-service for consumers with lesser assistance f
direct customer service. Further, it has different laborsaving technological benefits and a rise in
productivity because of timely and better quality data. Apart from this, there are international
expansions present for the organization.
Different kinds of communications strategies that have been chosen for implementation:
The different kinds of communication strategies for the current case involve the arketing
strategy of Facebook marketing and Twitter marketing strategy. Moreover, it involves, LinkedIn
marketing strategy and Instagram marketing strategy. These strategies must be backed-up by a rise
in brand awareness, driving traffic to websites, generating new kinds of leads, growing the revenues,
boosting brand engagement, creating community across the business and providing social customer
service with the rise in mentions in the press.
