The integration of technology and business has transformed
global world. It has connected people with each other. Through

Social media has also played a significant role in marketing.
Companies are highly using various networking sites to advertise
their products. Consumer Behavior has become very crucial in
present times. Due to frequent change in taste and preference of
consumers, it has become difficult for companies to retain them.

Research Objectives-
To assess the role of social media on travel and tourism sector.
To analyse the influence of social media on consumer buying
behaviour.
To recommend how marketing strategies can be developed to
promote goods and services.

examine and analyse the research type of this project. It includes
qualitative and quantitative in nature. The present research is based on
qualitative research which can be used for collecting and gathering
accurate data and information for developing project.
Research design – It is that part which is one of the most important
section of research methodology that works as a blue print of the
investigation where whole research activities and functions are
implemented in well-organized manner. In this present research,
descriptive design can be taken into proper action which is seen as
effective in order to analyse data and information of qualitative research
method.
