In face to face interaction, the companies have the geographical restriction to communicate with
the people across the world as it is difficult for the top management of the companies to go here
and there to communicate with the people (Eztalks, 2019). Worldwide connection can be
possible through social media which is more beneficial for the company as compare to the face

consumers. Social media is the platform which helps the company to promote the goods and
services online. Posting the pictures of the goods and services of the company attracts the
consumers towards their services and also resolve their queries related to the product and
services. The companies can communicate with the millions of people in a single point of time as
the post uploaded on the social media sites can see by millions of people (Tuten, & Solomon,

or emails which is documented forever. Documented the conversation always helps to reduce the
chances of frauds and mistakes. In the terms of documents and frauds, the social media is the
best platform for the communication as whole the conversation has been documented that can be
used in future. In social media, the people share their information with each other in terms of
messages, emails and pictures so that if the people who forget anything from the information can
read it twice whenever they want as that information kept with them (Gawkroger, 2019). But in
the face to face interaction, it is a challenge for the people to understand and remember all the
things in one time as the speaker speak and gives the information one time instead of again and
again. For the effective results of rules and regulation, the social media communication is
meaningful for the people. In social media, people kept the information with them due to which
they can easily understand the message by read it twice. At the end, it can be said that social
media interaction is meaningful but it also better than face to face communication (Hellmann,
Ang, & Sood, 2020).
From the above discussion, it is observed that the social media is best tool of
communication as compare to face to face communication. Face to face communication and
social media communication are meaningful for the people and for the companies. Both the
communication are good but as social media communication has many advantages and nowadays
