1 INTRODUCTION

products. It does not mean that firms stop using traditional channel of communication in order to
advertise their products. But with passage of time firms start using modern channel of
communication like social media for marketing of their products and services. In this report
social media is explained in detail and along with this opportunities are also identified that firms
are having if they use social media in their marketing practice. In this case study case of Croft
Glesson ltd is used to understand importance of social media which was given in the case study.
Cost and risk in use of social media is also discussed in the report. In second part of the report
presentation is prepared and way in which research was done is described in detail. At end part
of the report, discrimination between man and women in terms of employment and pay is
discussed in detail.

Government can encourage firms to give more and more employment opportunities to the
girls at the workplace (Berrey, Hoffman and Nielsen, 2012). But after doing this also situation
does not get changed then government can bring reservation system at the workplace. Under this
system number of jobs that will be given to women in an organization will be determined by the
government. Whenever these jobs will be vacant only women will be allow to give interview
(Burki, 2011). By doing this to some extent discrimination can be reduced in terms of
employment with the women at the workplace. Alternative to this, firms instead of reserving
positions can determine number of women that are necessary to be employed in an organization.
By doing so discrimination can be reduced from the workplace with women in terms of
employment and equal pay. In order to bring equality on pay scale government on most of jobs
can determine fix salary and amount of same can be differ for companies with different business

women on pay scale can be eliminated completely. Moreover, for different business size
different salary will be paid by the firms for same designation. Hence, firms can not say that they
