INTRODUCTION
Ideal job is a job that brings satisfaction as well as a mode of accomplishment to
the individuals. It may include a lot of errors and trials to actually happen in an
individual's life (Wyner, 2019). The key to define a ideal job is to never give on something
which has finally accomplished. This report will include a ideal job role along with its
proper description and summary of individual specifications to achieve the job .

a) What is your ideal job
After completion of my graduation, I would like to become a social media
manager. It is my ideal job since a very long time and I have prepared a lot for getting
this job. I think it is the right job for me as required skills for this job role matches my
individual skills and talents.
b) Job description for the role.
Social media manger has a potential role in a public relations team. Position for
social media manger include working on different accounts of clients or to manage
various social media portals for the organisations to promote their brand name (Gropp,
2018). The major responsibility of a social media manager is to create engaging content,
evaluating the success status of different campaigns and to interact with community of
brand. Social media managers basically moderate, monitor and give responses to
audience comments and manage partnerships of social media with other organisations.
They also share and develop videos and images. It helps public relations to fulfil a role
through helping them with relations management and analysing brand threats. It makes
public relations a more delicate and a quicker paced concern. Essential duty of a social
media manger is to manage campaigns at social media and different day to day
activities such as create some related content topics and to regulate all contents which
has been published such as video, images, audio podcast and written podcast. The job

description is as similar as public relation representative (Parker and et.al., 2018). It
critically analyse and give assistance of social media image of an individual, brand,
corporation or campaign. Public relations departments usually employ a social media
manager who has a voice for their issues and increase awareness for a particular issue
by the means of social media platform.
c) Brief summary about person specifications and how you qualify the job.
Some of the most required person specifications for the role of a social media
manager is described here.
Education
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in media production or broadcast
journalism.
Experience and knowledge
Candidate must have at least five years of experience in social media. IT must be
from a reputed international organisation or he/she must have an experience of
working for a major website.
Candidate must have a certified experience in content writing.
Individual must have a proven experience for operating technical cameras for
filming videos and capturing images and to produce a quality result of films and
pictures.
Experience in digital design is must.
He/she must have an experience in content management systems for optimizing
traffic to websites.
Skills and abilities
Excellent quality of communication skills is must for the individual attempting to
be a social media manger who can deal with clients, suggest valuable ideas and
give them assistance.
Candidates must be flexible and should have understanding about public issues.
He/she must have an ability to fulfil and satisfy all requirements of clients.
Candidate must have the ability to keep calm under pressure and during delivery
of tight and strict deadlines.
Ability to develop positive an healthy relationship with public.

way. I will learn to operate digital cameras and try to enhance my communication skills
for interacting with clients effectively.
CONCLUSION
From the above study, it can be concluded that ideal job plays a significant role in
individual's life. It brings satisfaction and a sense of accomplishment in the life of a
person. Individual tends to achieve ideal job irrespective of earning huge amount of
money as it includes a job role which makes them feeling satisfied.
