suitable because it give valid conclusion.

analysing information in effective manner. Positivism philosophy is not suitable for this study
because it requires large sample which is not useful for the small size organisation.

respondents. There are mainly two types of data sampling method such as probabilistic and non-
probabilistic. Probabilistic sampling method applies random sampling tools to create a sample
(Hajli, 2014). One of other hand, non-probabilistic techniques apply random procedures like
convenience sampling and researcher judgement. Both are essential and useful but in this topic
researcher only use probabilistic sampling because it helps in collection of accurate data. The
sample size is 40 and respondents are those who are using social media marketing of the Oak
Cash & Carry in planned and effectual way.
