twitter etc where company can promote their goods and services. Nowadays using social media
sites for promoting the business is no longer trend but it has became necessity for the company
because customers are online every time so that is why they are able to see online advertising
more quick and easily. Social media connects brands with the targeted audience. If company will
use social media properly then it will help them to attain remarkable success and growth. It also
helps business in generating leads which company can convert into sales (Yadav and Rahman,
2018).
